The worst doctor ever, don't go there!!!

My husband and I have seen Dr. Kapp several times over the years. We think he is an excellent oral surgeon and have complete confidence in him and Andrea, his assistant. Highly recommend!

Refered to Dr Kapp by an Endodontistand and was sent with a disc showing what he found. They said they could not open the disc (without trying). They did their OWN x-ray. Did not tell me anything. Scheduled a return visit. Called two days later wanting to schedule date for procedure??? No procedure discussed with me. They don't file med insurance, dental ins does not cover. Bring $995.00 on day of procedure. Sched a procedure I know nothing about?? Don't think so!!

Dr Kapp is amazing. Staff amazing. I had a complicated story to where I needed to be seen several times before my actual procedure. Dr Kapp was very patient and kind with each visit! I recommend you go here and I will make sure my family goes here as well. Job well done.

Referral from my regular dentist. Dr Kapp said symptoms were typical for 'a woman my age' and Rx'd a mouthwash. It helped short term. He wouldn't write a refill & required a biopsy. But he didn't biopsy the lesion, he biopsied my tongue. So, another office visit ($100) and biopsy ($450) to be told there was nothing wrong with my tongue. When I asked them what I need to do to treat new mouth lesions, they said he needs to see me again, like they completely forgot why I went to him to begin with.

I was referred to Dr. Kapp Monday, April 25 and was seen Wednesday, April 27. I'm grateful I was seen so quickly. I have nothing but positives about the entire office staff. This includes the receptionist, scheduler, assistants and Dr. Kapp. All were kind, professional yet personable. Dr. Kapp and his assistant were gentle, explained everything and maintained my comfort throughout. I highly recommend Dr. Kapp!
