Like you said, there was pain for the first several days. For some unknown reason, Humana would not OK the Tylenol 3, but once Walgreens did an override, we finally got the pills and they helped. Things feel much better today. Donna

Everyone was kind and helpful. Dr. Jung spent a lot of time with me. He explained evrything and has given me hope that something can be done to help lessen my neck pain. He even was kind enough to talk to my husband about a procedure that could help with his back pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pain management physician. Dr. Jung was friendly and professional. It was my initial visit and I received a lot of information, but Dr. Jung explained everything thoroughly and answered any of my questions or concerns. Cannot wait for my next appointment and the injections!

Doctor Jung and staff are fantastic. They listen well to my concerns and are so helpful. They scheduled me for an injection in a timely manner for my back pain. I can’t begin to tell you how much I appreciate Doctor Jung, his staff, and convenient location of his West Bend office. Thank you so much.

Dr Jung has been the only pain management dr that has taken the time to listen to my wife. She’s seen about seven different pm drs and never has had any good results. Met dr Jung, lost him after the Aurora issues and was lucky enough to find him again. My wife, under Dr. Jungs care is happier and more content than I’ve seen her in a year! Dr. Jung takes his time with his patients. He seems like he genuinely cares about you and what you are going through.

I am quite happy to have been referred to Dr. Jung, and we're making good progress on some very long-term pain issues. I feel like he definitely takes the time to listen to my thoughts and observations of what's going on with my health, which is reassuring and makes for a good collaboration.

I've been seeing Dr. Jung for years with help for my pain Management He comes up with solutions for helping verses just masking with meds. His staff is very friendly.

Dr Jung really knows how to find the pain spots. I've had numerous procedures & each one has been successful. He also remembers we frequent flyers with multiple issues.

Everyone is very professional while being extremely friendly! I am so elated that Dr. Jung opened this practice after the fiasco with Advanced Pain MGMT. My quality of life is definitely improved after receiving various procedures from Dr. Jung and the office visits with Megan Hackel PA-C. The only problem I had was I wasn't given any instructions prior to my appointment so I didn't know to remove my jewelry or what to expect. My care during the procedure, after care and instructions were very good and the results so far are excellent. I'm very happy I took this step towards helping alleviate my constant pain.

Dr. Jung was very good at explaining the procedure to me today. Also I didn’t feel a thing.

Explains procedures thoroughly. During procedure tells what he is doing and offers sedation if you want. You can ask him questions and receive answers.

Very thorough from the time I called to make an appointment, from the confirmation call to review history prior to even coming in. Front desk and staff all very nice during appointment, and Dr. Jung was very clear when discussing the problem and plan.

I've had quite a few injections, procedures and even a surgery performed by Dr.Jung. He is very caring and thorough in his explanations. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.????

I was treated with a great deal of respect at this visit and all four previous visits.. All moves were thorougly explained. The post-procedure instructions are concise and well-done. Waiting periods for appointments are reasonably short compared to others in the area.

I had a radiofrequency neck ablation done today. The friendly, knowledgeable nursing staff helped prepare me for the procedure. Dr. Jung then skillfully numbed the areas, positioned the needle and burned the nerves causing my chronic neck pain. The pain relief is incredible and a huge life changer for me! Dr. Jung has treated me for chronic knee, elbow and neck pain for the last 5 years. He's extremely knowledgeable, caring, builds great rapport with his patients and has a great sense of humor. I trust him explicitly. Dr. Jung and the incredible people at Wisconsin Spine and Pain have given me back my life! Visit was fast, staff was friendly. Everyone know what they were doing.

Dr. Jung was very accomidating and understanding of all my needs. The schedulers mistakenly sent me to his office for my treatment instead of his partner {who I've been with for 5yrs} at a different location. Dr. Jung squeezed me in between ppl and I did not have to wait any longer than 30 min. He did exactly what my Doctors plan for me was. He was very nice and empathic to my stress over this mix-up. It's comforting that I now can have a back-up I can rely on. The schedule mix-up may have ended up a blessing after all. Dr. Jung was very accomidating and understanding of all my needs. I had a sacroiliac shot. Dr. Jung was thorough and professional. I opted for sedation because I was anxious and won't next time. His staff was absolutely wonderful and the entire process happened so quickly.

Dr. Jung was the first doctor to spend more than 30 seconds talking to me prior to getting an injection. The procedure was fully explained and he also discussed future treatment considerations. This positive interaction fostered a feeling of trust.

Dr. Jung is awesome! He is always spot on with his treatment.

Dr Jung is by far the best pain management doctor that I have ever seen. I have been in pain management for many years and he is the only one that takes his time with me and gives me treatment options for my different medical issues.

Dr Jung knows what he is doing He explains things very well. He is pleasant and actually smiles ,something many doctors can’t seem to do. (I realize Doctors are under a lot of stress too) He will make suggestions but does not push you into things.I have been seeing him for at least four yrs and will continue to see him.

Dr Jung and his staff have made me feel extremely comfortable since I switched in February of 2021. Dr Jung and his staff are very knowledgeable and work with you instead of against you to solve your pain. Very grateful to have a doctor and staff like them.

Dr. Jung is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever had. After 25 years of battling joint disease in my back, he has been the only doctor that listens patiently to all your symptoms and takes the time to come up with a plan that makes the most sense and that your comfortable with. I highly recommended him, I truly appreciate his knowledge and kindness. Every procedure he has performed has done more than any other doctor I’ve seen to relieve pain.

Dr Jung is extremely intelligent and empathetic. I have even had him call me after hours to address concerns I have. I recently found out not only is he an MD but a PhD besides being a certified anesthesiologist. His PA Megan is also a godsend. They really listen and care about the individual.

I have chronic neck pain from arthritis and after 5-level fusion surgery. He listens to what my needs are and is willing to work with me. He looks at all options, not just pills. He considers my unique needs and not just a one size fits all treatment. I never feel rushed.

I have had many great experiences with Dr Jung. I was extremely sad to find out today he is no long at APM. I also see an NP there who is great, Megan. The front staff are not very good at all. The two that are the worst haven’t been at the Waukesha office lately so that’s good maybe they were let go, they should have been. I hate to leave Megan for my every every two month visits. I do need a small procedure so I don’t know what I’ll do. I don’t blame Dr Jung for leaving. The nurses that worked directly with him were very good.

Dr Jung is an excellent pain management doctor. He is very knowledgeable, answers my questions throughly, respects my opinion and is not pushy with procedures. Dr Jung is also very kind, compassionate and has great support staff at Metropolitan Medical Center in Shorewood.

Dr. Jung listens to you. He explains your options and is there to help you find solutions. I respect him and his care.

I was referred to this clinic from my doctor whom I trust very much. I was really impressed with Dr. Jung and his treatment plan. The office staff were not impressive at all. They are short with you, snotty, and all around grumps for the most part. I won't say that it is all of them, but the bad ones stick out. Their billing system is awful and difficult to follow because the office personnel don't bother to explain the mess that they send you in the mail until after you are already scratch

I had a wonderful experience today with my procedure with Dr. Jung. The procedure was done in a very nice surrounding with very nice, cheerful, and helpful nurses. Dr Jung came in and explained everything to me. I was treated very warmly both before and after my procedure also. Very pleased with everything today!!!! Myrna Neubert

Only cares about money charges 5800. Per injection had 4 with no help never had any exrays or new mri. Went off one that was 3 yrs old. Cosy me 6000.00 in 4 months ended up in worse shape. Do not go here
