Kimberly at his front desk in Mt. Clemens is awful. She doesn't know how to deal with fragile patients.

Doctor Michael Hicks just completed my wife's surgery to remove a very large ovary cyst. The procedure went very well, and we are so thankful for all the care my wife received from the doctor and his entire team. He did an amazing job at explaining everything and showing us that we can trust him fully. He is a very positive and happy person and made us both feel calmer in this situation. Sounds odd, but consider yourself "Lucky" (if such a word can be used under the circumstances), to have this guy as your Dr, but it is so. There are not enough Adjectives...Knowledgeable, Humorous, Great Bedside Manner, Honest & Frank, Caring...Mike will take the time to fully explain your situation, your options, the Pro's & Con's. He's at the "Top of his Game" and if nothing else, you're in good hands. Dr Hicks is an amazing doctor. He treated me like one of his own and goes above and beyond. Always keeps a smile on your face. Explained everything to me where I understood, and never rushed me. He is saving my life. Highly recommend.

I was pregnant and made an appointment to confirm and let them know I was having burning sensations in my belly. They prescribed me antibiotics and I had a miscarriage shortly after. I never seen ths Dr at all just the NA or whoever she was.

What a blessing he is to his practice. Positive and thourough. He really knows stuff. His sense of humor is enough to put you at ease at such a crucial time in life. Very reassuring. Dr. Hicks was my lifesaver. I had been dealing with severe issues with my health for many years. I have always been reserved as it related to treatment plan because I had not placed that much trust in a physician. I spoke to 7 specialist regarding a plan of action. When I met Dr Hicks, I knew he would be the one to fix me. Several months later, he performed major surgery on me. The surgery was a major success. I couldn't have been in any better hands as his and the team. Prior to me being rolled out, he advised that he would take care of me just like his own... I believed him. I came out of surgery and am now on a full road to recovery. Thank you to Dr. Hicks and his entire staff. I would recommend Dr. Hicks to anyone who needs stellar care. Hi have worked with dr Hicks and am also one of his pts. He is an amazing dr that really cares for his patients. I had cervical cancer and my primary gym wanted to do a different procedure, which would of made having children more complicated.Dr Hicks did a different procedure and I was able to get pregnant right away and have been cancer free for 8 years now. I can’t thank dr Hicks enough for what he has done for me.

Dr. Michael Hicks, MD, is the best oncologist ever. He takes all the worry and fear out of the word “cancer!” His hobby should be a comedian! I was non-stop laughing with him—your the greatest! Thank you for keeping my nerves at bay!

Was referred to Dr Hicks after receiving a cancer diagnosis. He is a wonderful doctor/surgeon that answered all my questions. He’s also a very caring person with an awesome sense of humor. He really put me at ease during that time. He performed surgery and I am cancer free. I would not hesitate to refer him. Great doc!

I went through a lot of doctors and a lot of pain, before I found a Dr that could help me. He is a little crazy and full of himself. But I think that is what I need. He takes great care of me, he can tell me when my body needs help. before I do. And he is always right. He knows his stuff. And I'm not just saying that because he saved my life a few times. All those other doctors were close to killing me. I would be dead with out him.

Dr. Hicks saved my life years ago when I had a very severe case of fibroid tumors.cannot thank him enough not would I trust anyone else! Thank you so much!!

Dr. Hicks is a wonderful doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and is up on the latest treatment options. He always puts me at ease when I see him. He is very caring and has a great sense of humor. He takes the time to listen to you and explain everything so that you understand it. A cancer diagnosis is a scary thing but he knows how to comfort his patients and helps them maintain positive outlooks. His office staff is great and quick with getting back with you.

I had wonderful a experiences with Dr Hick himself, however is billing staff that he hires outside the hospital was a different story! And if you are a product of the people you hire then Dr Hick I can say because of them I'm seriously reconsidering my health care professional. Lynn was extremely rude with me over $25. That was totally uncalled for. So Dr Hick of you see these please reconsider your billing company, not all patients are the same. I would have paid this bill had i gotten it.

He might be a great doctor but I only saw him on the initial office call, in pre-opened and on second office visit. I had a total hysterectomy and was in hospital a total of 7 days I saw his resident while I was an in patient. I feel that he should have checked up on me as his office was in the building, was he that busy?

I do not recommend seeing Dr.hicks. He had my mother for a patient and after doing surgery on her, he passed her onto one of his nurses and never followed up with her himself.
