Michael A Henry

Dr. Henry is a quack if there ever was one, who should have his license revoked. He is unprofessional, rude, and has such a low success rate that its pathetic. I wouldn't recommend this fraud doctor to my worse enemy. He should not be a doctor! A pure quack!

Love this clinic. They gave me my beautiful, healthy baby girl. The whole office is great and supportive.

Very disappointed in how the handling of insurance went here. I was not given any financial breakdown until last minute because I requested it, at which point I was informed the dr and his office was in my insurance network however the IVF lab was not so I would need to pay an additional 7k I had not planned for. I had already started medications and spent over 4k in medicine alone. They could not get me any final numbers or a clear answer on any of what my end payment would be on the day of the procedure. Due to the stress and lack of information I stopped the medications and informed them I would not be moving forward. They did not even give the courtesy of a reply to my email to say anything. Very disappointing after they were recommended. When I met with the Dr I was quite impressed, but given the situation I think we will need to look elsewhere. I had an amazing experience with Dr. Henry and his staff. They're all wonderful people and very kind. They took the time to really help my wife and I and without them I wouldn't have my amazing family. I always recommend Dr. Henry whenever anyone is in need or fertility assistance. I came to Dr. Henry after two miscarriages. I had previous bloodwork from my OB which he didn’t seem concerned seeing. Once he saw it he didn’t seemed concerned either. In fact when I asked him if I should have my thyroid tested he said “ya sure, anything else you would like tested? I know you’re a very diligent women “ I thought well aren’t you the doctor? Why aren’t you recommending bloodwork and educating me?. I miscarried my baby at 12 weeks pregnant. Flash forward to the present, I’ve seen two different RE’s and both are blown away at the delinquency of Dr. Henry’s care. I have hoshimotos, which is an autoimmune disease that is linked to miscarriage when thyroid levels are out of sorts. Also I have ANA antibodies which is also linked to miscarriage. None of these were a concern for Dr. Henry. Ive learned so much from my present doctors and none of the info was given to me by Henry. I do absolutely Think my daughter would be alive today if it wasn’t for this man. After those three miscarriages mentioned above I’m now 37 weeks pregnant with a uncomplicated pregnancy. I’ve had all levels checked multiple times in this pregnancy with the help of levothyroxine and doctors are taking great care of me. All things any doctor who cared would have checked. I heard good things about Dr. Henry and we were excited to begin the process of starting a family. The two consultations I had with Dr. Henry went ok. He gave a basic overview of the process and then sent in a nurse to provide more details. She seemed pretty clueless and just read instructions off a sheet of paper. We did finally get the info we needed (so we thought) after asking a lot questions. This is all new to me so I didn't want to judge too fast. Since then, I have been given conflicting instructions and information and on multiple occasions my inquiries weren't answered until I let them know that I'm moving on to another doctor. Twice, we were ready to begin the process and purchased medications only to find out that there was a step we missed and couldn't move forward. I was already nervous about this process and Dr. Henry's office not only increased that anxiety, they wasted a lot of my valuable time. Dr Henry and his staff were excellent to work with, and the nurses were so kind and listened to my needs during my cycle.

Our first appointment with Dr. Henry set the stage for what was an amazing experience! From the receptionist to Dr. Henry himself. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and down to earth. In December 2019, we welcomed our first child. We have recommended Dr. Henry and staff to a few family members and friends.

Dr. Henry and his team are fantastic human beings! They are on top of their game always whether they’re giving you information, walking you through the process or holding your hand through your IUI or IVF. My wife and I were referred to Dr. Henry when we decided to proceed with a reciprocal IVF procedure after failing to become pregnant through mulitple IUI attempts. (We learned there is special licensing for this procedure that our doctor at the time did not have) From the very beginning, he and his nurses made us feel right at home and fully supported our choices. Dr. Henry took the time to answer our countless questions and thoroughly explain the process. His nurses were just as amazing and helpful through the whole process. Dr. Henry was just as amazing and supportive when we miscarried after our first transfer. Throughout the whole process we were never pressured in any way. All of our questions, whether related to meds, recovery, whatever were answered with patience and kindness. We have kept in touch with him even after the birth of our son as we are considering another IVF procedure using my own eggs. Dr. Henry has even reached out to answer questions I have asked his nurses. I highly reccommend Dr. Henry and his office for whatever your fertility needs may be! Dr Henry is amazing and very experienced fertility specialist. He helped us through our fertility treatment and we gained success with first attempt under his care. I give credit to Dr Henry's insight and professionalism. We had no success with 3 IVFs done at other fertility clinics. When we went to Dr Henry, he assured us that there are chances and hope based on my age and medical reports. I highly recommend Dr Henry to anyone who needs assistance with infertility issues especially if someone has lost hope after failed IVFs. Dr Henry is very caring and respectful towards his patients. I love Jamie and Jeni who are gems. Both of them are great nurses and take time to explain everything. They responded to my emails and phone calls whenever I needed them. Amazing doctor and staff!!! Highly recommend!! I had to come back and update this review. This office gave me my child. Without them I would not have my amazing little boy. Their staff made it so easy and I felt very comfortable talking to the doctor. The appointments were held in a calm atmosphere and things were done at my own pace. They're prices are very reasonable, considering what they are doing for women, couples, and entire families. They make having children possible, even when you think it is impossible. Highly disappointed in the staff at Henry fertility. Starting with the rude receptionist and lack of communication from the staff we only did one cycle. My pharmacy was held up by the doctor not filling out the dose of medicine on my prescription which lead me to take the medicine late. I had to called the day of my scan to find out when to take the trigger shot. The office was closed by the time I called since they close early Friday’s . They also charge a consultation fee which I wasn’t aware of until after the bill came in. Just disappointed all around. Highly disappointed in the staff at Henry fertility. We're still working with Dr. Henry and his staff to get pregnant but so far, we're have only had amazing experiences. I've been seeing Dr. Henry for about a year now and he's been amazing each and every time. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. Henry and his staff were so excellent. They were supportive, informative, and professional through the entire IVF process. We look forward to returning to them when we are ready to have a second child.

Dr. Henry and his entire staff are amazing! With their help, we now have two little ones to chase around. Dr. Henry is very caring and very straight forward. He is willing to walk you through his thought process on why he recommends a course of action which really made me feel at ease. His nurses are awesome and do a great job communicating the plan and answering any questions you may have.

You couldn't choose a better Dr. and staff than at Henry Fertility! Dr. Henry, the nurses, and other office staff all take the time to get to know you, and make it so you aren't just a patient or stat. It was always easy for me to get appointments when I called, and I never waited long once I arrived. At each appointment, I never felt rushed and all of my questions were always answered thoroughly. The nurses and office administrator were also always very quick to respond to emails. Without Henry Fertility, we wouldn't have gotten our miracle baby. Henry Fertility definitely provides quality care, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the same shoes as we were. You couldn't choose a better Dr. and staff than at Henry Fertility! Dr. Henry and his office staff were fabulous from the beginning. When I initially called to schedule a consultation, they got me in within two weeks. From that first visit on, I never felt like just a patient. Dr. Henry and his staff took the time to get to know me, my husband, and even my five year old son. The nurses are incredible and I still talk to them today. We are so thankful for the great care of this office. Thank you for helping us get our miracle baby!

In October 2017, I gave birth to our child after successfully undergoing IVF. We switched to Dr. Henry after not having success with another fertility doctor. The difference was obvious, and we are please with how transparent Dr. Henry's office was with everything-financial policies, and the IVF procedure itself. The communication from the office was fantastic. We plan to seek IVF again in the future with Dr. Henry.

I absolutely loved Dr. Henry and all of his staff! Going through infertility treatments was very scary and even though it took 3 embryo transfers to achieve pregnancy, I'm thankful I had him and his nurse's. We plan on using Henry Fertility again for baby #2!

I want to just say how wonderful Dr. Henry and Jeni ( the best nurse I have ever had) showed me great care! They are so patient, kind, and explained everything to me so well. Thanks to them I am welcoming twins in February!!! Yes, twins. I never thought one would be possible, but it's actually happening. I cry every day of happiness and joy!! Jeni, always went of and above!! I miss them!! My pregnancy is going well and now I back at my OB. Thank you so so much!! Love the Chester's!! ??????????

Awesome doctor and wonderful staff!! The small practice is able to give you individual time and attention unlike large offices. The nurses give you their cell phone numbers and encourage you to call if you need them. I just had my little girl with their help and plan on going back soon to try for baby number two! You won't find a better practice than Dr Henry and staff.

So thankful for Dr. Henry making pregnancy possible for my husband and I. I was a touch patient, my levels were low but Dr. Henry made all the right adjustments, he knew exactly what he was doing.

I was very satisfied with Dr. Henry and his staff. Thanks to him and his team we now have healthy happy twin boys. He was honest with us, yet remained positive about our situation. I also feel like he really cares about his patients and understands the importance of timing with fertility treatments. One of his nurses was out sick on a weekend, and my procedure needed to be done or the timing would have been off, and Dr. Henry came in and did the procedure himself. I would recommend him.

We are so so thankful for Dr. Henry and his team! Each person we interacted with was so kind to us, and took time to talk with us and explain things. Dr. Henry was a comfort and was so considerate of our situation. We genuinely wanted to help us. We would recommend his practice to anyone, and already have referred him to several other friends.

I have used his office three times, carrying two sets of twins and one singleton. I am always very involved in my care, I ask a lot of questions, and I find Dr Henry to be receptive to suggestions when other RE's are often stuck in their ways. I would never use a different RE if given the option. Jamie and Jeni and very efficient. Dr Henry has blessed me with the ability to hand over five precious little babies to their mommies and daddies!

I truly can't say enough good things about Dr Henry and the amazing nurses, Jenni and Jamie. They were always so positive and kept my spirits up the best they could. They all had such a professional demeanor but were also friendly. I could call or email them anytime and they would contact me back the same day. I'm going to miss seeing all of their smiling faces! Dr Henry was able to assist me with getting pregnant through IVF and I couldn't be more thankful. I will recommend everyone to him. ?

Wish I could give 0 stars. He never ordered any tests for me or my husband, just prescribed drugs & higher doses of drugs. Was late due to his own negligence for several appts. I miscarried in the 2nd round of efforts and when I was waiting to start my 3rd round he dismissed me as a patient because I called to state that waiting over 2 weeks for a return phone call was a bit ridiculous. Now that I have another doctor and am 37 weeks, I can say Henry is completely incompetent. Stay away!

Dr. Henry was very unprofessional & not knowledgable. At one point my wife asked me if I thought he was a real doctor. After going to another doctor & comparing how extremely different we were treated, we can see just how bad Dr. Henry is. This is already a very difficult time so to have a doctor who doesn't provide info about the choices we have, didn't look at the test results that he ordered, prescribed a shot for my wife but didn't provide any info on how or where to give it, etc is awful

My 1st visit with Dr Henry was in October 2015, Had my Tubal reversal done in Nov 2015. He was very caring, easy and listened well to all the questions and concerns I asked. His staff is all really great, and really seem to care about what is going on.

Dr. Henry made us wait an hour for both of our visits. He was not late because he was with another patient, he was late getting to the office. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of our time. It is hard for us to take off work for these appointments and we were rushing trying to get there only to wait for an hour. They said he was always late like this. We are going to another recommended doctor who will be respectful of our time and situation.
