I was pretty nervous about the procedure, but the technician helping really put me at ease. Very professional in every way, concerned about me the patient. Very very good job. Thank you all.

Never in my life have I had such a great and comfortable experience in a physician's office! Without exception, from the time I walked in the door until I left, I felt the caring and friendliness of everyone in Dr. Hadley's office. The thing that was so impressive is that Dr. Hadley has a team. Each team member was kind and compassionate and had their specific part in getting me through my MOHS procedure. It was like clockwork. And one important part is that they ALL made me feel like I wasn't "a neck with cancer", but that I was a human being that needed reassurance and kindness. Every little thing was explained clearly to me and all questions were answered throughout. I want to thank each member of the team for the best experience I can imagine under the circumstances. And I also want to thank them all for making me laugh throughout. THANK YOU!!! I would recommend Dr. Hadley and his group to anyone!!!

Everything was great

The whole group was very nice and helpful.

Made me very comfortable, very professional and respectful.

I was extremely nervous and really did not want to do this procedure. The staff explained the importance of removing the facial tumor and did everything they could to put my mind at ease.

My second surgery with Dr.Mike. I highly recommend him. Very nice and professional as well as the entire staff. They take pride in what do and care about you.

Im one who needs MOHS on a regular basis. I’m so happy Jason and Michael were referred to me!! What a blessing to have found them. They seem to know their stuff. They are very friendly and full of great information. And their team is amazing! No one is in a rush to get out of your room, they stay and talk until you are ready for them to go. I totally recommend them!

Very professional, and actually care about their patients. Dr. Mike Hadley and his assistant Thaddeus took the time to make sure I understood the procedure step-by-step and was able to explain things through words and visuals in a way that made sense. I am grateful to write a glowing review for Dr. Michael Hadley, who recently removed my basal cell skin cancer from my nose. From start to finish, Dr. Hadley provided top-notch care that exceeded my expectations in every way. First and foremost, Dr. Hadley was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in the field of dermatology. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout the entire process, I felt confident in his abilities and expertise. In addition to his technical skills, Dr. Hadley was also incredibly compassionate and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and address any fears or anxieties I had about the procedure. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being throughout the entire process. I was also impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Dr. Hadley's staff. They were always friendly and helpful, and I never had to wait long to be seen for my appointment. The office was clean, organized, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Finally, I am happy to report that the outcome of the procedure was excellent. Dr. Hadley was able to completely remove the basal cell skin cancer, and I am now on the road to a full recovery. I was only there for a few minutes, and taken back to the patient room. Dr. Hadley had three people help him at one time or another. They were all very efficient! I was through with my Mohs procedure in a little less than one hour.

He removed a basil cell carcinoma from my nose. Very friendly and professional. He explained everything and the surgery went well. The scar is barely noticeable. I highly recommend him.

Everything was first rate. Clean new facility, great staff, and a caring doctor.

I have never seen a doctor's office so well organized. I have visited this office twice now and there has been literally no wait time, I know this is hard to believe but it is true. The doctor's and nurses were professional and friendly. They made an utherwise unpleasant experience tolerable.

I believe there is not better doctor. Dr. Hadley and staff made me feel safe. I was always informed on the next step and I knew I was in good hands. Thank you!!!!!!!

Very professional. They were efficient and made the surgical experience very easy and pain free. The resulting incisions to remove my skin cancer are so neatly closed that I believe that they will not be visible after they have healed my experience was excellent. I would recommend Dr Hadley and his staff to anyone.

This was my second procedure at Dr. Michael Hadley''s Bountiful office. Both were Mohs procedures, to remove basil cell carcinomas on my face. The surgeries were done effectively, without significant pain or complications. All members of his team appeared to be knowledgeable and compassionate throughout the procedures. Dr. Hadley did a fabulous job diagnosing and taking care of my melanoma. I'm now melanoma free. Great doctor and I highly recommend him.

I went in for some skin cancer work and they treated me like a good friend and were very open and explained everything that they did. I was very happy with the experience. I will see them again as the need arises and recommend them very highly.

I was very nervous about the whole cancer and surgery that needed to be taken care of. Dr Hadley was very easy to talk to and explained everything that would be taking place while I was in his office for MOHS surgery.

My experience with Dr. Hadley was fantastic. I have confidence in him and his staff. They made sure I was comfortable and informed about every step of the procedure.

All persons were great and friendly. Things that did not happen are: My surgical area was not shaved of hair, which made very difficult to place bandages. Also my nose was left with no nerves. in other words I now have no feeling.

Had 4 mohs surgeries & all went well. Need to be prepared for the possibility of 4 hours in the clinic.
