Dr. Michael Edward Gordon

I've been going here for at least 15 years and have always been very well taken care of. All staff on site is friendly and they have been so good with my horrible teeth. I couldn't imagine going to another dentist.

Where smile are turned into Hollywood ????!!!!

I had an appointment that was confirmed two and a half hours prior. I left work early, traffic was horrible, so I arrived nine minutes late, and they technician had left. Unbelievable. They blamed me for having canceled previous appointments due to life happening. Sorry, teeth cleaning doesn't come before my job, husband, children et all. They lost a client.

The best dentist I have ever been to.

I have been going to Dr. Gordon and his staff for over 30 years and would never go anywhere else. Everyone is comforting, professional and will answer all your questions for you. I have never had an issue and highly recommend Dr. Gordon and his staff as a wonderful dental practice.

The best Dentist EVER....Dr. Gordon is so nice and knowledgeable. He does not just recommend extra work for no reason and I love that. I still have all my wisdom teeth (if they don't hurt, leave them alone).

First time meet with the dentist was awesome, very attentive and fairly knowledgeable completely down hill after that! No treatment plan, regular cleanings with insurance regularly being charged for cleaning and an exam. Only the dentist is NEVER there for exams including when x-rays are taken. Did get a follow up call a week later telling me my x-rays are fine. Kinda scary and it sucks to make a copay based on services not received! I feel like they suck you in and then become very lackadaisical with the follow through. Sweet staff though! Excellent Dentist and Magnificent staff. I found my new Dentist!!

First visit for me and my husband last month. Clean office, very friendly staff, great dentist, even came up with a treatment plan for my husband that no other dentist thought of! Great experience!!!

No customer service and liers. I was 12 min late to my appoitment and they told that the hyginiest was gone, I came back to ask to speak to the doctor and she was there!!! they flat out lied to me. Imagine how much they must lie about your teeth!!!

Best dentist I've visited. Moved to IL a year ago and have had very impersonal medical appointments. That is not the case with Dr Gordon. He and his staff were very friendly and truly cared about getting to know my dental history and my prior experiences at the dentist. They provided quality care and were very knowledgeable. Best dentist I've ever visited. Friendly staff and Dr. Gordon does great work! Came here because it was close to my apt and glad I did. Would highly recommend going here if you need a dentist!

By far the best dentist I've ever had, and I've had a few! I hadn't been to a dentist in 5+ years when I walked in to North Shore Dental about a year ago. Everybody in the office was super friendly, and nobody talked down to me or seemed to judge me at all despite the obvious neglect I had put my grill through. Even better than the fact that everyone was so cool, was the fact that I never felt any pain or discomfort during any of my appointments and procedures. Seriously... ZERO PAIN... and I had teeth extracted! I felt like an idiot for avoiding getting the work I needed done for so long. On top of everything else being great, I paid far less than I expected for receiving such great care. They went the extra mile to make sure my insurance paid absolutely every penny they could get them to pay. Any time I hear somebody even mention the dentist, I recommend they go see Dr. Bill at North Shore Dental. I'm never going anywhere else again.
