Don’t take your kids here. The dentist is a jerk and the staff are just there for a paycheck. No smiles, happy faces just a cold environment. Didn’t make any effort to make us feel comfortable. I’d rather wait months to get into Childrens hospital dental department before I let M Jerk Gordon treat and botch my kids teeth. Thanks and have a wonderful day. Should be a zero star button, you don’t deserve one star. You pick and choose whom you’re nice too. Total joke and perhaps you need to hurry up and take that retirement

My son has anxiety over certain things. A dentist being one of them. The staff was cold, specifically the hygienist. Although I’m not happy that my son wouldn’t participate, the hygienist wasn’t helpful at all. She seemed very annoyed that my son was upset. She didn’t smile a single time which I find odd for a pediatric dental office. The receptionist was very nice though. We won’t be going back. My son has anxiety over certain things. Dentist was great. They made my daughter feel comfortable and was really quick with cleaning. I gave 3 stars because the wait is to long. We waited an hour in lobby before going to back. Need to work on scheduling to make appointments move smoother

My 5yr old soon was terrified of the dentist, until we went to Micheal Gordon. They were flexible and interacted with my son to keep him calm.

Unprofessional. Stay away from this clinic.

This dentist did what i assume was a decent job on the dental surgery my son needed, but the aftercare showed how incompetent he is,.. they tried no other way to work with my autistic son other than to forcefully hold him down which ended up hurting his face quite badly & completely traumatizing him- & the worst part is that it was useless because he somehow missed the abscess in my sons mouth TWICE & referred us to our pediatrician, who confirmed the abscess/infection & gave us antibiotics, which have been working wonderfully. Ive never left a bad review before but my 2 year old spent a month in horrible pain for absolutely no reason- despite my advocacy for him,.. i guess the dentist just didnt take me seriously because i look like a child but still, HOW DID HE MISS THIS ABSCESS?? These photos are from 2 different points in the healing process, but now that hes on antibiotics, it’s completely gone???? No one was mean or rude but no one was overly friendly either. For a pediatric dentist, they did nothing to entertain, ease, or calm my 1.5 year old. We waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes before being called back. Once we got back, the exam area was smaller than a closet. I had to shuffle between the wall and chair and there was no room to move. I waited again for another 10 minutes before the dentist saw us. He literally played him down in the chair and said to hold his arms. My son screamed while the dentist looked in my son's mouth for about 20 seconds and then told me to come back in 6 months. No cleaning, no actual exam, nothing. They didn't even give me a toothbrush like every other dentist I've ever been to. Was such a waste of my time and I will never go back there. I expected something totally different from a pediatric dentist. No one was mean or rude but no one was overly friendly either. My name is Paden and my mom has been taking me to Dr. Gordon forever and I love it !

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Gordon since she was 3 and he’s been great.

Every visit is always quick and easy. Dr Gordon is very proficient in his job and tries to make his patients comfortable during all procedures; he is very hands on with the children. Thank you for all that you do.

I only give this place 3 stars. Everytime I schedule an appt for my daughter or son. The wait is over an hr to be seen. No point of an appointment if we can't be seen on time. That is the only thing they need to work on. Everything else is great.

Very patient with my children great dentist office

Eveyone was very polite and informative. I highly recommend this dentist.

Always the best experience with Dr.Gordon. He is super thorough and works very well with the kiddos. HIGHLY recommend for a dentist if your child needs one or if you are unhappy with your current pediatric dentist!!

If you have a child with special needs, DO NOT TAKE him or her to Dr. Gordon. My son is autistic and 8 years old. He is terrified of the dentist. Dr. Gordon had absolutely Nooooo patience with my son. He wouldn't allow my son to explore the tools. He was not warm and welcoming. I told him that a previous dentist used a regular toothbrush to get my son accustomed to coming to the dentist. He refused to see my son at all and told us to go to Cincinnati Children's Hospital to see a dentist (6-month wait). He was not kind about it. Dr. Gordon is older and set in his ways. The equipment, furniture, cabinets and, flooring are out of date. I do not recommend Dr. Gordon. If you have a child with special needs, DO NOT TAKE him or her to Dr. Gordon. I was impressed with the open concept. I was able to see everything from cleaning of equipment to exams. Customer was exceptional. I will be recommending this office to others.

My kids have always done real well at his office. He is calm and understanding. A dentist office can be a scary thing for small kids but in all my years going here with my children I've never heard of any bad experiences.

He was fast, my son didn’t scream or cry like he has with other denist! This Doc is amazing!

Staff was AMAZING very welcoming, Cdc guidelines to keep patients safe is amazing Dr Gordon is very good with children he’s genuine and gentle my daughter had a very good experience her second time there i definitely recommend this office!

My oldest has been a patient for a long time. This was my youngest 1st visit. Everyone in the office made her very comfortable! She keeps asking if she really has to wait 6 months to go again!

Hello, yes my visit to the office yesterday was great..my son is an established patient already..but now he has a baby sister..an her very first appt to dentist was also yesterday...during these covid times we do have to stay safe .an the office assured an followed through on keeping us safe..we waited in car til our turns...but the staff treated my daughter's first visit amazing..along with allowing me to capture all the moments of her first visit.my daughter at 20 mo old day in chair like a big girl. This Dr is great! I started seeing this Dr in the Summer time where previous dentist have failed my son! Did he tell me the truth? Yea! Was it harsh? No but truthful and sometimes parents can take that to heart hearing it! But it’s ok! Cause you can’t dyne what’s right in front of you!!I I came to this office with hopes of end point for my son! My son needed work done and needed dental rehab (anesthesia) I have been so scared and nervous of this! As my son would be to! However I anticipated a long wait for other offices pushed us away and didn’t see it as a concern. This office and Dr was quick to help us and work with us as we also had to reschedule this at one time because my son was exposed to Covid at school. Even after that we was able to get back in for it in October! Where I requested the surgery to be done at Cincinnati Children’s! He was able to do so! He preformed on my son like a child of his own! With much care and concern and made him feel fearless! I get where he comes from at times in his direct manner but he is there to get the job done! Dr.G seen my son over the summer. Where I already knew my son needed much dental work and have been to other offices in the past who would push it aside and not see it as a main concern. The Dr told me the facts. The negative and positive. Wasn’t HARSH but honest. He was good with my son and didn’t scare him or mis treat. He told me what my son needed and I was later placed on waiting list for Cincinnati Children’s dental surgery where the Dr would perform it. I asked for the work to be done at the hospital with the mother I am and my own anxiety and worries. As many other dentist him before told me the wait was gonna be very long especially with Covid being in the play. Needless to say, his wait was not long! They got us in by September but I had to cancel for my son was quarantined from school for exposure to Covid! So they had to re schedule. I anticipated a long wait again. However they called me a week later and got him in October! I would like to say he is 5+ stars! He did GREAT!

It was horrible. The dentist seemed very distant and out of touch. We were referred there only to end up getting referred some where else.

Good experience!

Everyone was very friendly. Washed hands regularly, moved everyone along steady but didn't feel rushed. Mr. Gordon worked non stop, explain everything to my 5 year old grandson. Let him see each instrument and what it was for before he used it. It put Gabe at ease. Very good experience.

We have had a great experience since we started a few years ago. The staff is always friendly and they do a great job keep things sanitary. Dr. Gordon is very thorough and is very gentle. He is awesome with the children.
