Mr. Michael Constantin Gartner

Dr. Gartner is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but answered each and every question/concern I had at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. I highly recommend becoming his patient! I would also like to mention his staff who at all times made sure I was attended and taken care of.

Doctor Gartner was recommended to me by a friend who had a BBL. I went in for a lift and an implant. The doctor was kind of dismissive to my questions and acted like what I had to say wasn’t valid or important. The day before surgery I had a feeling to cancel .. but I didn’t. 6 months later; I go in for a check up and he tells me my skin is basically the problem (too elastic) and that he needs to go back and re-do the lift!!! My final result is low facing nipples and boobs that hang just as low as my old natural ones did! I am super disappointed. $13,000 later plus months of my life wasted. After speaking with multiple different doctors; they all stated that him blaming my skin instead of admitting he may have made a mistake is wrong and that I should find a different doctor to do the lift again. I am so heart broken because he was so highly spoke about yet my experience with him was not the best. I’d find another doctor instead of going to him honestly.

My experience with doctor Gartner was great. He was completely right when he said that the procedure was painless. His staff including the nurse and anesthesiologist in the operating room were amazing from the beginning of process. I am very happy with the results of my surgery.

I did not have a very good experience with Dr. Gartner. I don’t even want to give one star but I couldn’t post if I didn’t. I went to him for a breast reduction and I had always wanted a nose job so I figured I would just do them both at the same time. My nose was completely botched and my breast reduction wasn’t too good either. When I had gotten the splint off I literally cried the whole way home because I couldn’t believe what my nose looked like. He kept telling me that it was just swollen and it would go down. Well after going to him for a whole year and complaining that I couldn’t breathe out of my left nostril, my nose was completely crooked and Made into a ball and not to mention my nostrils were 2 different sizes and you could only see one when you looked at me. I never had a deviated septum in my life and after he did my surgery and I waited the year I went for a second opinion and was told I now had a deviated septum. I have emailed Dr. Gartner numerous times and have gotten no response. I had to pay for the surgery out of pocket and now I had to have a second surgery to fix the first and pay out of pocket again. I was miserable for 2 years and embarrassed. I didn’t leave my house and when I did I had a mask on. . I had never felt so bad about myself in my life. Aside from the fact that after my breast reduction I got an awful infection for weeks and it was extremely painful and My incision was opened. I was Seeing him 2-3 times a week and getting needles to clean out the infection. My breasts were always 2 different sizes which is one of the things I wanted fixed and now they are still 2 different sizes on the opposite sides. I don’t like to bash anyone and I never have but I have tried contacting him because I believe I should’ve gotten reimbursed for just the nose job and have been completely ignored. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t want anyone else to end up in this situation. I will post pics of my nose so no one ever has to go through the sadness and embarrassment that I feel. These are all before and after. I regret touching my original nose for sure when I see what he has done to me.

I had an extended tummy tuck/lipo done almost a year a go and I still have my dog ears and the center of my stomach has a huge bulge. I express my concerns soon as I started noticing it and at first he said I got you flat as I could, then I guess he noticed the dog ear and tried to fix it but now it’s worse!! My incision looks like a 3 year old cut it by the way m. What a waste of my money and extremely disappointing especially that he said double board certified doctor!!

Dr. Gartner is a great plastic surgeon. I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. He is an honest and caring doctor. His staff is wonderful as well. I will definitely recommend Dr. Gartner to anyone interested in surgery. Thank you Dr. Gartner

Dr. G and his staff are truly and Genuinely amazing I went to visit dr garners office for breast implants I explained the look I was going for to dr Gartner and he understood the assignment most definitely the surgery was completely pain free I Chose not to get anesthesia I wake awake for the surgery. While Dr. G was performing the surgery I was actually singing along to the music he had playing I was extremely comfortable with during the procedure Alexandra ,Jose, and Gina explained everything I needed to do to prep for the surgery they gave me very clear instructions from the beginning to the end. I can’t express how satisfied I am with the whole process. Dr gartner is the Best doctor I’ve ever been to he’s patient caring and very knowledgeable I really appreciate dr.gartner and his staff for this amazing experience. Absolutely wonderful experience. I first used Dr. Gartner for a breast augmentation in 2006 and recently needed to replace them this year and the results are amazing, recovery was easy and the after care was even better. I have had many friends and family use him and everyone has been so happy! I trust him completely!

In the past year I have had 2 surgeries with Dr Gartner. An extended tummy tuck with liposuction and an arm lift. After losing almost 100 lbs I wanted to finish my weight loss journey. A friend found Dr Gartner and I went for a consult. I immediately felt comfortable but was unsure about not having surgery in an actual hospital. I booked my first surgery and it was done In October. Not using a hospital was the BEST thing ever. No waiting no hospital nonsense, the entire team was there for me and me only! Every person from the nurses to the anesthesiologist was amazing. I felt totally comfortable and cared for. My surgeries are all finished and healing better than I could have imagined. Every appointment with Dr Gartner was wonderful and he is a true magician!! Thank you everyone from Dr Gartner to Fernice to the girls in the office for making my experience a wonderful one. I would recommend this group to anyone and everyone.

I had a great experience with Dr. Gartner. It's a very no-nonsense, straight to the point practice. They have a lot of patients and while I never felt rushed, interactions felt straight forward and to the point. It seems he churns out these procedures so regularly that they're almost second nature, which was more important to me than a comforting bedside manner. Everything moved very quickly, mostly because I felt confident in what I wanted and didn't need a ton of reassurance or debate. The procedure itself went very well - I was very pleased with their on-site facility, and haven't had any issues since.

The staff and Dr. Gartner were exceptional from the early video consultation to the day of surgery and every call and visit thereafter. I had a tummy tuck, and breast explanation in July 2020. His explanation of the procedures and honesty as to the realistic [expected] outcomes was terrific. The cleanliness and safety experienced at office visits and on the day of surgery not only put me at ease but my mother was impressed as well (a retired RN). I was surprised with the follow up as the doctor called me the evening of my surgery as well as the next day. I highly recommend Dr. Gartner. And last, but not least, the outcome is amazing. Better than I expected.

After researching various plastic surgeons for my wife’s breast augmentation, we decided to go with Dr. Gartner and I’m so glad we did. Dr. Gartner was extremely nice and very professional. She felt nothing and was so relaxed that she actually fell asleep for a little bit. Her results are unbelievable! They look incredible and very natural. Scarring underneath her breasts is minimal and is still continuing to fade after a year post op. I loved my wife’s natural breasts and was hesitant for her implants but not that she had them, WOW!! Highly recommended -specifically pertaining to Dr. Gartner’s expertise related to skin grafts, special/microsurgery, hand/plastic surgery experience. Our relationship commenced circa late 2000/2001 during his medical resident training at NCMU (BURN UNIT) Trauma Center, located in east meadow, ny (prior to 9/11.) Dr Gartner’s professional medical experience most notably includes tenure at LONG ISLAND PLASTIC SURGERY in Garden City, Ny 11530, alongside, industry renowned plastic surgeons including Dr Kavei Alezadehi, Dr Alan Gold. Most importantly, Dr Gartner possesses a beyond unique ‘bedside manner’ as well as genuine philanthropic nature. He went above/beyond to coordinate a tour of the NCMU burn unit to assist me with my co branded business initiative during my tenure at Centra 360 as an Account Exexutive-collaborative endeavor which encompassed NCMU as potential recipient of burn unit funding/endowment. One in a million.

I showed up for a minor procedure and Dr. Gartner was delayed for over an hour, I left. I rescheduled for several months later and was told I would have to do an initial consult again. I did the consult and then, the day before my procedure was rescheduled TWICE and I was notified via text. The second time I called the office and he was delayed for more than 30 minutes despite the fact I called his office 1.5 hours before to confirm. This is not a way to run an office or a business. I am certain since my procedure is minor and going through insurance I am randomly rescheduled to the office's convenience because I'm not worth their time to actually put effort into showing up. I am beyond fed up.

When I first went in I was pleased with how amazing Dr.Gartner and his staff is. He was very informative and very understanding with what I wanted. At first I was gonna go 600CCs but he was honest about how it probably won’t fit and went to 550CCs and I don’t regret it at all ..The day of surgery I was a little nervous I went in a little Earlier and Vicki was amazing she helped me keep my mind off it and was just amazing and sweet. Let me not forget how clean they are . I am very happy with results Dr.Gartner is amazing at what he does. I felt no pain at all after surgery and for the rest of my recovery. I was so surprised because I am not very well with pain..I went out to eat the same day and was able to drive after three days I had a wonderful recovery and if I had to do it all over again I will !! I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get cosmetics surgery

I was very hesitant to have another lipo in the abdomen. My first experience did not go so well and ended botched. My cousin recommended Dr Gartner and I must say it has been the best decision ever! My complete trust in Dr. Gartner was well warrented, he did an excellent job removing my lipomas. I felt confidence in him from the first consultation to the follow up visit.
