Went to dr. fozo for sinus issues . He first played with his headlight to work, then looked into nose told me things I already knew .Told me that it look good to him and if I needed anything to contact his office.Contacted his office for antibiotics and was told to contact pcp for the prescription. Now they are charging $ 180.00for the do nothing visit

He was very clean when explaining my problem and I had nothing to worry about. Keep listening to me, explain things, and I felt very good about it. Overall great experience.

I am so happy with my experience at lakeshore plastics! I just had cosmetic ear surgery that I have wanted done my entire life and it turned out so much better than I could’ve ever expected. They look so perfect I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience! The office lady Robin was super knowledgeable and organized, Dr. Fozo was so nice and helped keep me calm and comfortable throughout my entire procedure, and the nurses are the sweetest! If I ever need anymore work done I will absolutely be returning to Dr. Fozo and would highly recommend him to anyone!

He didn’t even show up for the consultation. Staff is very rude and not professional. Do yourself a fever and find another Dr.

I had a large mass that was right next to my thyroid and extended into my chest. From my first visit with Dr. Fozo, he was very caring and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail that would happen and I had the surgery done a week ago and everything went great. I highly recommend Dr. Fozo. His bedside manner is very kind and professional.

Dr. Fozo is an exceptional surgeon, He was able to remove my large, 8cm lipoma, from my clavicle area all in one piece, without injuring any of my nerves and muscles. He has a great sense of humor, he listens and takes his time with each and every patient. I was able to get an appointment with him very quickly when my dermatologist thought that my mass may have been lymphoma. Dr. Fozo and his residents eased my mind and reassured me that I would be ok. The office staff worked very hard to get my ct scans covered by my insurance, and they are all so friendly and caring.

I was referred to Dr Fozo for high calcium levels in my blood. I was able to get an appointment and consultation quickly. Dr. Fozo explained what my issue was and took the time to patiently explain and answer all of my questions. He told me my options and I chose to get surgery. I got the surgery within weeks and the results were great. I would recommend Dr. Fozo not only because the surgery was successful. The way I was treated made me comfortable and at ease with everything. The office staff was friendly and my appointments were always on time with little or no waiting. My parathyroid surgery was a success and the results are great.

I can confirm that if you are waiting on test results from this office, you'll be waiting weeks. Both tests I did took three weeks to get a response on my result inquiry. Dr. Fozo himself is a nice guy and seems knowledgeable.

Dr. Fozo performed a rhinoplasty on me to correct a nasal deformity. Dr. Fozo was very professional. Although I could tell he had a busy schedule, he spent the time necessary to make me feel confident about the surgery and answered my questions. I was actually encouraged by the amount of patients he has under his care. I think this speaks to his work and rapport with people. He is very skilled and I am glad I was able to have him as a surgeon. My surgery turned out well and the recovery was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be. I took pain medicine for one day and I'm not sure if I even needed to do that. I am very pleased with the surgery and recovery and I owe that to Dr. Fozo.

Top notch from start to finish. Dr. Fozo is a first class ENT. He preformed sinus surgery on me, and it cleared multiple issues I was having. Should I need an ENT again, Dr. Fozo will be my first choice.

This Doctor the worse ever zero experience he did my nose surgery and he maded too longe and I look funny people always making fun of me that I have very longe nose. after years I went to experience doctor and he maded very nice it took him 4 hours to fix Micheal s Fozo's mess but now I am very happy with the result please stay a way he doesn't know anything about cosmetics surgery . Michael Fozo knows only one way no other he is not creative all he knows is eliminate the bumb on the nose rhinoplasty even that it wasn't completely done right my new Doctor smooth it out again and shorting my nose which is impossible for Fozo to shorting any nose cause no experience and never learned it

Please, do yourself a favor and work with Dr. Fozo! I had been to 3 doctors looking for relief from a very long term problem. I could not find anyone who was willing help before I met Dr. Fozo. I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. First of all, the result was amazing. After 16 years of having trouble breathing, I feel like a new person and I have Dr. Fozo to thank. I could not be happier with the result. Second, the process was amazing. I met with two other doctors before I met with Dr. Fozo and they each took 5-6 months to accomplish what Dr. Fozo did on the FIRST VISIT. Because of the second doctor I saw, there was a problem with my case with my insurance company. Because of that doctors notes, they were not going to cover the surgery. In spite of the extra work required to appeal the decision after the fact, Dr. Fozo still agreed to take the case on. He and his staff worked diligently for months to get through all of the red tape and hurdles the insurance com

Dr. Michael Fozo was truly a god send for me. After suffering with recurrent sinus infections/migraines etc. for what has seemed like forever I was referred to Lakeshore Ear, Nose, Throat Center. Dr. Fozo's bedside manner was impeccable. He was friendly, informative and didn't jump the gun on surgery. I was first treated with additional antibiotics and followed up accordingly. When my symptoms did not improve I was then scheduled for surgery. The office staff was courteous and helpful answering any questions I had. The office is up to date with technology with online check in and text reminders. I had my surgery on 5/10/2019 and I feel amazing! I had septoplasty, sinusotomy, ethmoidectomy and an antrostomy done. I had very minimal bleeding, no bruising, no packing and required very very minimal pain control. I can only attest this to the phenomenal work of Dr. Michael Fozo. I simply cannot thank him and his office enough! The entire experience from start to finish was top notch!

I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Fozo. He had a great bedside manner and inspired my confidence. And, it wasn't just talk. A couple of days after my surgery he squeezed me in to check me out when my recovery was not going quite as I expected. It turns out that I contracted a cold and that my surgical results were just fine. Now I can breathe at night when I go to sleep. Hurray! Huge difference.

Saw Dr Fozo due to parathyroidectomy - he was very thorough - explained the surgery - made it very easy for me - taking it step by step - all my questions answered - day of surgery at St. John's Moross location - went perfectly - everyone was very professional - all staff introduced themselves and explained what was going to happen - made me feel confident of my choice - very satisfied with the whole procedure.

I would highly recommend Dr. Fozo! He was very professional yet had a wonderful, caring bedside manner. I like that he offered alternative treatments rather than just surgery. The office staff was pleasant. It was easy to communicate through the patient portal. I was chronically sick from sinus infections, difficulty sleeping, headaches, body aches, trouble thinking. Basically felt awful all the time. After medicinal treatment I had sinus surgery and the relief was instant! Thank you Dr. Fozo!

I have high praise for Dr. Fozo. Following Mohs surgery for basal cell carcinoma on my nose by another doctor, Dr. Fozo performed what is called repair of defect with nasal flap. During my consultation Dr. Fozo let me know upfront that after surgery it would take time for me to see my original nose again but that I would have it back. When my stitches were removed I was amazed. As time passed my nose looked even better. I am happy beyond words and so grateful Dr. Fozo performed my surgery.

He did simus surgery on me and I am doing pretty good.

I came in to see him with a Deviated Septum and had a very difficult time breathing. Daily I had to where nose strips to breathe. He gave me the option either to take medication to open it up or have surgery to fix it. I ended up choosing the surgery. He first told me that he would be able to fix my nose but it wouldn't look very pretty. I thought being able to breath was more important than looks. I came through the surgery with a straight nose, able to breathe and no raccoon eyes.

I highly recommend Dr.Fozo to family and friends. I had severe nasal polyps that had gone undetected by a previous ENT Doctor. I was constantly sick from sinus infections and could barely breathe, or sleep. My smelling was gone. The relief I have gotten from the removal was amazing! If you are having ear, nose or throat issues, Dr. Michael Fozo at Lakeshore Ear, Nose and Throat is who you need to see. Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr. Fozo himself make you feel special and important, and - from my experience - Dr. Fozo is the icing on the cake. He's extremely kind and gentle and explains everything in a way the average Joe would be able to understand; no complicated medical jargon. He made having my deviated septum corrected maybe not an ENJOYABLE experience, but one that wasn't completely traumatic or such that I would need anything other than Motrin for pain. Also, as I said, his gentle nature made it more than worthwhile. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would! He is an amazing doctor he is so compassionate he really takes time to go over your problems 1 on 1 if your looking for an ENT doctor i recommend him.

I would recommend Dr. Fozo in a heartbeat. He recently completed a sinus surgery on me that opened up my passageways and corrected my deviated septum. I also asked him to fix a small bump on my nose (from a fracture) for cosmetic reasons. The recovery that followed was much better than I could have ever expected, as I hardly bruised and swelling was at an absolute minimum. The pain was much lower than I originally thought it would be, too. His work was flawless and I can finally breathe again!

Great Dr. and staff. Very caring.

I recently needed to have surgery for skin cancer on my face, which also included the need for plastic surgery. I am so happy that Dr. Fozo was recommended to me. The area involved was below my nose and my upper lip. I was very concerned about the outcome. However, I needn't have worried! Dr. Fozo did an amazing job, and since the area has healed, the incision isn't even noticeable. People who saw the "before & after" are very impressed. If you have the need, I highly recommend Dr. Fozo.

I had sinus surgery for polys in my sinuses. I am very happy with the results. Dr. Fozo is a very kind and gentle doctor. I can smell again. I have not been able to smell for several years. He found the problem and fixed it. I did not have any real pain. Just discomfort for a couple of days. I would highly recommend him for any ENT challenges.

Dr. Fozo is excellent. He performed a surgery on my sinuses because I was having a hard time breathing. I had received a similarl surgery before by a different doctor but it didn’t help. That’s when I found Dr. Fozo and I couldn’t never happier. He is honest, knowledgeable, and an approachable man. I recommend him for all of your ENT needs.

Had surgery for nasal polyps on October 16. Could not be happier with result, level of pain, recovery, improvement in breathing and sleeping. Could not be happier with Dr. Fozo's patient approach, listening and evidence of concern for the patient. Will readily recommend him to friends. Did not schedule an urgent appointments.

I found Dr. Fozo by online research. I needed someone to do a rhinoplasty on my 17 year old son. Everyone in the office was great, but ultimately all that really mattered was the end result of the surgery. Yes I was a worried mom! I can say now in great relief my son is six weeks post op and his nose looks FANTASTIC!!! THANK YOU... THANK YOU... THANK YOU!!!

He is very knowledgeable and will be honest with you about the outcome you can expect after surgery. I love the work that he did on my eyes and highly recommend him to anyone considering plastic surgery.

Extremely arrogant and only cares about money. He is always unprepared and checks imaging results right after patient is called!! He talks down to his patients, always in a rush to leave, and orders expensive unnecessary tests. He will squeeze every penny out of you by overcharging on anything possible. He needs to be audited big time.

I recently had a rhinoplasty done by Dr. Fozo. I cannot say enough positive words about Dr. Fozo and his staff. He is extremely patient and receptive to any and all questions. Dr. Fozo created a nose that has a very natural and “un-operated“ appearance, and it is perfectly proportioned with the rest of my face. I particularly like how Dr. Fozo did not completely change the way I look; he just subtly fine-tuned my appearance for the better. So happy with the results. Highly recommended!

Dr Fozo removed my nasal polyps. He kept me informed, he was very comfortable to talk to, and did an amazing job. It's so good to breathe again!

Where do I even start? There are no words to describe how happy I am with the rhinoplasty and septiplasty that Dr. Fozo performed on me. I breathe so much better and I have the confidence I longed for. He is so kind and has a true talent. I highly recommend him!

I went to see Dr Fozo for recurring sinus infections. I seemed to get 4 - 5 per year. Upon CT scan we found that 6 or my 8 sinus cavities were completely blocked. Dr Fozo removed the nasal polyps and chronic inflammation in the Ethymoid, Sphenoid, and Maxillary sinuses. The surgery was about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I now breath better than I have in 27 years. The recoup was easy and very little pain. He explained all steps of the procedure and is very skilled. I highly recommend Dr Fozo.

Great docter takes everything into his notes and amazing results I would recommend him to everyone I know

1. I had an appointment with Dr. Fozo yesterday, Aug. 9, 16. No one told me that the doctor was changed or the Dr. Fozo's fellow will take care me. 2. Dr. Fozo didn't check anything for me and only showed up ONE minute! 3. Instead, the fellow checked everything, she used the camera to check my nose (Nasal endoscopy?), NOT the Dr. Fozo! 4. The fellow communication is rude when I discussed my concerns with her. Dr. Fozo never came back to talk to me for any results. He's NOT professional at all!!

Doctor Fozo performed the surgery on my nose, I'm very happy with the outcome..Doctor Fozo is an excellent surgeon. I look so much better now, i wish i would have gotten the surgery much earlier in my life..Doctor Fozo helped me feel more relaxed about having the surgery and gave me re-assurance. Robin was so dedicated in helping me, she answered any questions i had at any time.

Dr. Fozo and his team were outstanding. It was my first major surgery and I?ve wanted to do it my entire life, but I was extremely nervous. Dr. Fozo and his staff made me comfortable and confident in the choice I was making without any pressure. They were always kind and patient with me and made me feel at ease.
