Absolutely the worst experience I've had with a physician. Having had ongoing issues requiring fluids, I've made multiple visits to Western Wisconsin Health and all have been positive until this visit. He walks in, states you don't come into urgent care for this and need to go to ER. I explain, and he doesn't listen. As I walk out the door I hear other staff try to explain to him, only to be dismissed as well. Thankfully other hospital staff were much more understanding and went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. I would never see this provider again..
