Dr. Michael J Columbus

From his amazing surgery skills to his personality and bedside manner, Michael Columbus is the absolute best plastic surgeon in town. I have wanted a breast reduction for 20+ years and was always too scared. The minute I met Dr Columbus he calmed my nerves and I knew I was in good hands! The surgery was way way easier then I ever imagined and I am beyond thrilled with the results!!! I wish I had done it sooner! The entire staff is amazing!

Dr. Columbus and his entire staff are absolutely wonderful. I had breast reduction surgery in November of 2016, then in September 2018 I had a neck lift. I am so happy with both procedures! Both surgeries went great and the level of care I received was fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Columbus and TPSG to everyone!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Columbus and his staff. I have had two procedures and semiannual maintenance appointments. It’s affordable, quick, convenient and always such a great experience! They always make me feel like we’ve known each other forever with their welcoming smiles and hugs.

Dr. Michael Columbus & his staff are AMAZING! He was referred to me by a friend. I had a breast reduction surgery. His staff was helpful in getting my insurance to cover the majority of the cost. (I had the equivalent of a 2 litre soda taken out between both sides!) A week after the surgery I ran into a rare complication of a hematoma (largely due to the fact I am on Coumadin) They spoke with me at 6:30am by phone & had me in surgery that morning. Followup great, most important I love my boobs!!

Dr. Columbus made me feel so comfortable right off the bat during my initial consultation. He was very honest and open about everything and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. His assistant, Laura was amazing, as well! She was always there to answer any questions I had, in the office, or over the phone. Everyone was extremely prompt and professional. I'm one month out from surgery and I feel amazing. Wonderful team, would highly recommend!

Good Experience/You are in Good Hands After two other surgical consults I chose Dr. Michael Columbus because of his honesty, experience and creativity. He takes the time to explain the procedure, answer questions and discuss what options are best for you. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Laura his medical assistant is wonderful and a real asset. As a nurse I highly recommend Dr, Columbus. You will be pleased with the results and are in good hands.

I had consultations with many different surgeons and Dr. Columbus was the most honest and helpful. He gave me his honest opinion and I trusted him to make my procedure look the most natural. His assistant, Laura, is incredible!! She spent extra time with me to make sure I was totally happy with my choice and went over different options. She was very kind and knowledgeable and make me feel very comfortable about the procedure. She made herself available for questions at any time along the way

I had to have a double mastectomy and needless to say, the severity of this surgery is not taken lightly by Dr. Columbus. He was not only professional but his bedside manner so warm and comforting. His scheduling was easy, his nurse always accessible (even after hours when I had any issues). Overall, I would never want anyone to walk into this surgery without a great doctor by their side. I cannot recommend Dr. Columbus any higher! He was simply the best!
