On 20 January 2017 Chardack performed a total hip replacement using the new anterior approach procedure without asking my permission and added a full 28 millimeters to the functional length of my left femur. He spent the entire follow up appointment attempting to convince me that his word was no more than thirteen millimeters, handed me a couple of foam heel lifts to place inside my right shoe and encouraged me to "see how it goes" I had multiple signals to find a different surgeon but I ignored

Dr. Chardack spent considerable time creating and implementing a unique solution for my long term damaged limb and then executed the complicated procedure perfectly for a great result. I have had 2 surgeries with him and know of others who have also gotten good results. Highest recommendation.

Dr. Chardack and one of his associates took extraordinary care of me as it related to several surgeries to correct a long standing disfigurement and associated complications. I give my highest possible recommendations for this surgeon after seeing a variety of others.

Dr. Chardack is an excellent doctor. The bones in my pelvis & hip were in multiple pieces due to a fall. I showed an xray of the the surgery displaying the stainless steel plate (with 11 screws) which now holds me together to a another orthopedic surgeon. His immediate comment was 'that is world class surgery'. For me, he was the right doctor.
Dr. Chardack rebuilt my pelvis when it was shattered in a car accident in 1999. The hardware was placed correctly, first time, no rework and no effect on the articulating surfaces. Not even a limp! He's professional, dedicated and, believe me, if you need ortho surgery, you want Dr. Chardack.
