What a great doctor and staff!! From my first appointment with Dr.Castillo I could tell he (and his staff) were caring individuals. They really want to help and are always pleasant to work with. . As I continued my treatment I feel I’ve become part of their “family”. Dr Castillo is focused on helping and does not give up until you’re feeling better. I’m very happy my neurosurgeon referred to his practice, and I plan to be his patient for life! Dr Castillo and his staff are absolutely wonderful.

The doctor was very informative. He listened to my concerns, we decided in the end that long-term pain therapy was not for me. But I would absolutely go back to him or refer him to someone who needed pain therapy.

I had lived with chronic spine pain for over 20 yeas before I met Dr. Castillo. He was the first doctor to offer me real solutions instead of just prescribing more pills, etc. Thanks to Dr. Castillo, I am living my life, not just existing day to day. A few years back, Dr. Castillo implanted a pain pump to help me deal with the extreme pain that I was enduring after c-spine surgery. It was the best answer to my problem. I no longer need the opioids and barbiturates that I lived on for so may years. I am no longer stuck at home, dealing with never-ending pain. I was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. The whole staff was courteous and friendly. Dr. Castillo took the time to listen to all of my concerns and listened attentively making sure my questions were answered in a way I could understand. The five minutes I had with Dr Castillo were some of the best I’ve ever had with a doctor. Dr Castillo is terrific. He can calm me no matter how much pain I’m in. Go to him. He cares and is competent. I’m dead serious if he tries to retire before I’m healed, I’ll be in big trouble. The only problem is I’m still in lots of pain a year later. I love Dr Castillo. Dr. Castillo has a genuine interest in his patients well being. He is very thorough regarding details about your condition and what he highly recommends to eleviate LBP pain.. The staff is friendly and polite, love ❤ the humor of staff.

Let me start by saying if I could give Dr Castillo and his staff a 10 Star Rating I would. He and his entire office are probably the nicest most caring staff I’ve ever encountered. I have had chronic back pain, on and off, since my early 20’s due to sports and just over use injuries. I’ve had several epidurals done in the past and underwent years of extensive PT after taking a bad fall 5 years ago. I even started taking Tramadol but the pain eventually worsened. I was then referred to Dr Castillo. As I walked into the door Cindy, at the front desk said, “Welcome to the family!” (She is a doll!) Dr Castillo was very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable and always spent as much time as needed to converse and explain everything. (That is why I was never upset if he was running late, bc I knew it meant he was spending time with someone else that needed it.) Pain is such an individual thing. I am a very outgoing energetic person that tends to have a positive outlook on things. Dr Castillo and his staff were able to see through my smile on the outside knowing that I was miserable and felt defeated on the inside with this horrible sciatic pain that ran down both the front and back of my right leg to my foot. Dr Castillo performed a total of 6 procedures on me. The last being a Medial Branch Black with Ozone… yes Ozone on 12/2/2021 and it worked!!! I have been pain free ever since!!! I’m turning 60 in a few weeks and I feel better now than I have in years. And it’s bc of the expertise, understanding and kindness of Dr Castillo and his staff. Dr Castillo knows his stuff and has given me relief when others haven't. Kind, understanding professionalism here!

The entire staff is very accommodating, they explain everything thoroughly and always make you feel important to them.

Everyone from the front desk, to the nurses, and Dr himself were amazing. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Castillo proves that you don't have to live with pain. Chronic back pain was said to be just a part of "growing old." Pills didn't work, neither did manipulative Chiropractor treatments. Dr. Castillo's knowledge of why there is back pain and how to treat it successfully is miraculous. My pain is a thing of the past.

Dr. Castillo is very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. He takes the time to thoroughly exam your condition and explains everything in detail using very understandable terms. The entire staff is extremely friendly and courteous. The office is clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Dr. Castillo for all pain issues.

It was due to terrific pain caused by a pinched or pressed S1 nerve and periformis all at the same time which brought me to see Dr Castillo after a few visits and spinal shots I was able to walk and move around a bit more. Dr Castillo was able to get me in for a visit where no one else could due to the year ending and everyone trying to get an appointment to meet deductibles. I a cas paying patient since my current insurance was not accepted there. I had my initial consult with Dr Castillo yesterday after finding out I had some serious issues with my spine. Dr Castillo and his entire staff are wonderful!!! They thoroughly explain things, communicate quickly, take of the things that need addressed (i.e. paperwork, prescriptions, forms, etc.), and are friendly and courteous. :-) Dr. Castillo took the time to go over my results and explain them until he could see that I acknowledged that I was in complete understanding of what needed to be done to make me start feeling better. I met Dr. Castillo in 2013. I had just had an extensive rebuild of m neck. My neck was functioning with limited range of motion. But the nerve damage was so severe and painful my quality of life was certainly compromised. I met with Dr. Castillo hoping he could some way help me. I had a pain pump placed a few months later. I can honestly say because of Dr. Castillo's compassion and intervention I am able to enjoy my life with controlled pain and quality. I have been to a few different pain clinics who didn't help me with my chronic pain so I was a bit skeptical when I went to see him. I was very impressed with my visit and let him do an injection in my back. It was unbelievable! For the first time I had some relief from the pain. The staff is wonderful. Dr. Castillo is very concerned about his patients pain. Wanting to get them off of oral pain meds. if possible. I am a new patient with a pain pump just being installed in Jan. 2020 before moving to Peoria Az. Dr. Castillo and I talked about the pain pump being the best treatment for me. No more oral pain meds for me and my pain levels have dropped to around a 1. I have lost weight and I am more active than I have been since 2005. I was referred to Dr Castillo by my doctor for severe pain in my spine, from his exam and treatment he identified major damage to my spine that I was not aware of. He got me the treatment I needed and saved me from a more serious condition. I will continue my relationship with him for some time to come.

I called to get my first appointment. The woman who answered the phone was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. If the entire staff is like this I am really looking forward to my first appointment. June 16, 2021. Went yesterday for my 1st appointment with Dr Castillo. I will admit I did have to wait longer then expected, but when I realized that the wait was because Dr Castillo really wants to make sure he understands what is going on with you, having to wait seemed unimportant.
