I’ve been a patient of Dr. Byrd’s for 4 years. I find him to be both personable and professional. He listens to my concerns and explains my condition in a manner in which I can understand. I have no problem recommending him as an ENT physician.

I had a very good medical appointment with Dr. Byrd.

Dr Michael Byrd was fantastic, took care of ears, checked nasal passages, and esphogas. However the waiting area for patients after seeing doctor was less than exemplary. After sitting down a young person came & sat who kept coughing.I was seated elsewhere, I didn’t feel like I wanted to stay so I left immediately. The checkout process is also not conducive for private communications. The new outer office is lovely. Comfortable wide firm settees, made rising and seating very luxurious.

Dr. Byrd was very personable, listened to my problem, handled the situation and explained why things were happening. He make me very comfortable and I felt heard. He was great.

Professional, efficient, and personable. Excellent care and I would highly recommend.

I was very satisfied with my visit. He scoped my throat and later ordered a neck CT to determine the cause of my vocal cord paralysis. I will be seeing him in follow-up.

Dr. Byrd is my go to ENT. He takes the time to listen to what’s going on, suggests the best course of action, and then treats you appropriately. Dr. Byrd’s staff makes each visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible too. I highly recommend dr Byrd for all your ENT needs.

Dr. Byrd is a prince of a guy, competent, warm and caring. Plus, it is so easy to get to the Center for ENT now that they are in their new location!

All the employees and physicians in ENT were very helpful and friendly.

After Dr Byrd vacuumed the wax out of my ears, he explained using the wall ENT medical drawing.why over-the-counter ear wax removal solutions were ineffective. This is the first doctor who clearly has done that for me. Even a friend who used to own a hearing aid franchise didn't know the details Dr Byrd explained.

I've had several ENT doctors in my 74 years.... Dr Michael Byrd rates at the top of all the others!! Please make an appointment and visit this doctor if you have any complications involving ENT medical issues!!! You'll also enjoy the entire staff at this location. Wish I had come upon this group, led by Dr Byrd years ago.....

Very good at answering questions, even on issues that were not closely related to me condition. Clearly knows his stuff. Very friendly and personable.

On time. Attentive. Understood my issue. Took his time. Diagnosis appears to of been spot on. Will recommend him as well as return if needed.

Dr byrd is professional, interested in listening to his patient, kind and thoughtful . I had the utmost confidence in him the very first meeting. He is thorough and knows his business.

I really like Dr. Michael Byrd and his assistant. His concerns and excellent service makes my visit feel like I matter as a patient. His feedback on my issues are always personal and well explained so that I can understand everything about the procedure and test results.

Dr . Byrd was so kind and has the best bedside manner I have ever witnessed in a doctor and the staff was outstanding! They know how to take care of a patient with zero waiting time . No doctors office is ran like that anymore . I wish all my doctors appointments went like that to be honest . He answered every question and was so patient. Dr Byrd is a great doctor. I was told I needed to see a ENT doctor and I search and found him. When I first meet him and his assistant Tim they was awesome the best visit I ever had in a doctors office. He helps me with so much stuff I did not know. I am just so happy to have him as a doctor and Tim is the best when you call he responds so quickly. Go see them if you need a good doctor that hear you when you are talking. I was very impressed with Dr. Byrd during my exam. He listened carefully to my symptoms and previous tests Don by other providers. He took time to show me exactly what was happening and to help me understand what my next treatment steps should be.

The staff from the front desk all the way to Dr. Byrd are friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable coming to this facility and feel like I am taken well care of. Would definitely refer Dr. Byrd to anyone needing an ENT. He has a caring way about him that makes it easy to talk to him and not feel rushed. Thank you.

Dr Byrd is one of the best ENT’s I’ve been too. Very calm, measured, professional, & knows whats what. It’s the exit Office part which isn’t up to normal standards. No discretion, and definitely needs work. One person to handle 3-5 ppl, isn’t what I call very professional.

Dr. Byrd Took away all of my anxiety, I thought I was going was suffocating but he talked me through the nasal procedure and I didn't cry,I love him already he made me feel like I was his sister he took great care of me. I will be back.

My visit was very satisfying. Five stars!!! He was straight up(don’t use q’tips anymore??). I thought it was more serious than what the outcome was. Thanks!!!

I saw him as a follow up because Dr. Weber is on leave until Jan. 1, 2021, and I discontinued a medication at Dr. Weber's instructions. I am reasonable well-educated (son of an MD), so we got along fine, as he treated me almost as a peer. (I had no real medical problems.)

Took my son in to check his nose because he was bleeding too much dr.byrd said his veins were too big that he needed surgery.. well I waited a little while to take him to get his surgery done but before everything he had to check him again, well after surgery was done he said something about oozing came to find out my son had a hole in his nose that dr.byrd actually did because I went to another ent and he told me he must of had done something and it went wrong.. so now my son struggles with his nose and now he needs to wait years to get it fix.. and plus dr.byrd had said my son was gonna be with a hole in his nose for the rest of his life, decided to do some research and hes was wronggggg.. very disappointed DONT GO TO THIS WANNA BE ENT..

Dr. Byrd's expertise and knowledge, is impeccable. His "Staight forward" style and professionallism is outstanding! I appreciate this most of all, finally a doctor who gives it to you straight! He listens attentively and takes the patints concerns into consideration. Lastly, his staff and colleagues adore and respect so much and i believe, this speacks volumes for a physicians reputation!

This doctor was very condescending during my two visits. He probably spent no more than 5 minutes total for the two visits. He said there was nothing he could do for me, yet when I went to my primary care physician, she found I had fluid in my ears.So this ENT missed that??? Will Never go back to him.

Saw Dr Byrd on 3-31. Specifically came to ENT rather than my family Dr because it was an ENT issue. He did not prescribe ANY antibiotics nor any other medicine!!! only nose rinses and a spray. Gotten much worse over the weekend. Throat raw, mucus now green (infection) low grade fever, tons of drainage...Have been calling since 8:30 this morning to get back in and NO ONE will return my calls. UNBELIEVABLE. Very ill and VERY UPSET. Sad so little caring.
