Dr. Michael Anthony Bell

Literally brainwashed my child into hating her family; when she returned from university in Cleveland after his intensive "care" she started seeing a psychiatrist at home who was absolutely SHOCKED at the doses and number of medications she was on - she was a complete zombie. No accountability, no involvement of parents. Now that she is home and appropriately medicated, she is finally thinking clearly and realizes the cult-like situation Dr. Bell's group sessions were all about. He should be arrested.

horrible communication, wanted to jump into an immediate plethora of diagnoses before even getting to know the patient. Seems to shoot from the hip and not consider the immense ramifications.

I have been trying to contact Dr. Bell ever since my son was admitted into Laurelwood, now my son is being released no phone calls I’ve been calling every day and this doctor will not call me back

He seems to have helped my friend who needed treatment however he seems to be almost impossible to get ahold of. My friend has been trying for a. Of over 1 week to get a prescription refill that doctor Bell prescribed for them and not only has a refill not been called into the pharmacy but he has not been in contact with my friend who is his patient. I just left an urgent voicemail so hopefully that accomplishes something, I just hope that he can continue to help my friend rather than dump them.

Dr. Bell is an amazing doctor, I thank God for him because he helped me when I was very weak and vulnerable. While another doctor made very bad decisions for my treatment, he had his own agenda and could've cared less about me, Dr bell listened to me and truly helped me get back on track. God bless dr bell. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

My wife was in Dr. Bell's care for treatment, she signed a release for him to contact me, not one call was made to me. His staff was unable to report whether or not he even spoke with my wife or if oversaw treatment. Looks like this is the kind of Dr. that does not communicate well.
