Unbelievably horrible experience. Absolutely no compassion whatsoever. I have been with them for almost 3 years and did radiation and hormone therapy. Today I had enough when for the 3rd time in a row they got my appointment time wrong. When this happens no one apologizes. I have had one bad experience after another with the radiation and office staff. There is a new receptionist every 3 months. The nurses act like you are putting them out when you ask a question.
