Dr. Beal and his staff are great. I trust his knowledge and passion to provide the best treatment for my sinus issues.

Dr. Beal was not rushed and was caring. The staff was friendly and courteous. I would recommend Dr Beal to my friends.

Dr. Beal and his staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional during my appointment. They connected well with me and were available for any questions or concerns I had.

Dr. Beal has been my ENT for several years. He is very pleasant and straightforward, even when I didn't agree with him (he was right).

As always, I have a great doctor’s visit!

I've used Dr. Beal for my adult tonsillectomy. Very patient and great staff.

Have seen him re hoarseness, laryngoscopy and hearing issues, put PE tube in for me (adult) in the office setting....helped with hearing quite a bit....excellent physician, great chairside manner, easy to talk to, listens to patient well, average wait times.

Great doctor & nurses, the front staff is cordial & helpful. All care about the patient, especially Dr. Beal. Glad I’m their patient!

Everyone in the office was very professional and nice - a great combination!

He never touched me. Just prescribed and dismissed. All that AFTER jumping through the Head CT Scan Hoop... I probably do have an underlying sinus infection, but since he never gave me an exam, we'll never know. I am finished with Willis-Knighten and their (numbers -based) method of healthcare! Anything that doesn't put them "on the line" in terms of culpability they are ok with. 'NEVER take a risk' seems to be their motto. How did we ever get to this place with medicine? And I really like the guy and his kind staff (3-stars). But if I go away as ill & confused as I came, then someone isn't doing their job IMO.

I absolutely blown away how much acknowledge Dr.Beal has. I've been suffering with a problem since 2019 I seen doctors not one knew of the issue or ever heard of it. This physician takes one look at me and knows how to treat me. I almost started crying right there. Finally a diagnosis that's treatable. I'm so thankful for Dr.Beal. My son has seen Dr. Beal from a very young age and we absolutely love him. So happy to be back. Everyone is very professional and friendly. He’s always willing to go the extra mile to ensure we get excellent care.

Dr.Beal is Amazing! I wouldn’t want another ENT. He is the Best at what he does.

All of the staff here are very friendly and professional. Wait times on all visits have been short and Dr. Beal is patient with all my questions and has been thorough in determining my inner ear issues and explaining the findings and all options, pros and cons, for treatment.

Excellent staff. Alway on-time for scheduled appointments. Very informative. Always answers questions with possible solutions if applicable. I live in Texarkana and it is alway worth the trip to Shreveport to see. I have been a Respiratory Therapist for over 45 years and have worked with many physicians. I always recommend Dr. Beal to patients in Texarkana.

Dr. Beal has a great bedside manner. I will gladly recommend him.

I was very satisfied with my visit and I had a family emergency and worked hard to get me out so I could go to the emergency room to be with my mother. I thank them for that.

Dr. Beal is always very professional and generally pretty much on schedule.

Dr. Beal has no idea how grateful we are for him. After my toddler somehow got a string of yarn stuck in her nose, and a long night of trauma trying to remove it at home, our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Beal. My daughter is normally scared of doctors but she immediately was comfortable with him the second he walked in the door. She felt this way both with his nurses and him. After spending time talking about my daughters favorite shows and toys, he removed the string with ease without ONE tear or one tantrum from my toddler. We are so grateful for his kindness, patience, and wonderful skills as a doctor. I was prepared for it to be hard for her but due to his ability to gain her trust instantly, it was trauma free!!! Dr. Beal and staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been having trouble with my sinuses for years and have been finding relief now! Dr. Beal clearly explains what’s going on, his thoughts, and options to move forward instead of rushing you out the door.

Dr Beal was friendly and has a good manner not only professional but a caring manner. He was great with my 7 year old son and I would recommend his practice to others who need to see a ears nose and throat specialist. He is thorough and takes time to listen to your concerns.
