Fantastic. My son and I have been to two other drs trying to figure out why he was sinus issues. No one could figure out. First meeting with dr agostiino and we had our answer. Super great guy….very impressed and thankful!!

Dr. Agostino is the best. Have been dealing with throat issues for over a month. Something stuck and making it difficult to breath or swallow. Went to the ER twice and med check once over the course of a month. Take xrays and say nothing is there and send me home. Get in to see Dr. Agostino and we introduce and as im explaining my symptoms i just start getting poked and prodded, which startled me at first but, within 10 seconds of this poking this man had found my problem. A large cyst blocking my airway. He immediately starts me on my medications, snd two weeks later my cyst is gone and on the road to recovery. The ER Drs in my opinion made this much worse than it needed to be. By the time i seen Dr Agostino infection had set in my entire body. I had been dealing with Drs not doing any work. I guess its what ive been used to seeing throughout my life. You wait for ever to see a doc for him to walk in and not really do much but talk. Dr Agostino walked in and went to work. Dr Agostino is the best doc I have found since moving here in 2007 from Illinois. He is kind, highly intelligent, & very thorough. Staff is exceptional as well!

I have had Bells Palsy 4 times since 2003 with no real answers or guidance. Dr. Agostino changed my life! I read a review where someone called him a wizard lol and I too believe he needs that title too. I had no idea that my sinus issues were so bad. I currently have a nasty sinus infection and have not handled the antibiotics well. Dr. Agostino listened to me and that in itself is a first from any ENT that I have seen. He has made sure to keep me comfortable but most importantly he has kept me calm with his warm and soothing personality. While I am terrified of my upcoming surgery I know that I am absolutely blessed to have such a great doctor taking care of me. Thank you for being awesome! I wouldn't take my son anywhere else. So personable, explains everything thoroughly and will even draw to make sure I understand each procedure. Truly goes above and beyond.

I went to him for a swollen lymph node in my neck. He walks in the room and asks what was wrong with my nose and his focus stayed there. He offered injections in my sinuses and cleaned a piece of wax out of my ear. He said that my lymph node wasn't swollen. My problem was a strained neck from not being able to breathe thought my nose at night. He said to use breathe right strips and flonase and I would be good as new. He was wrong. the best ENT I have ever had and I have had ear issues for over 45 yrs.

Dr. Agostino is very personable and knowledgeable. He explains things throughly.

For months I had discomfort and an accompanying "clicking" noise in my throat. Sometimes it felt like a lump. My regular doc couldn't find the problem, so he sent me to a GI doc because of (consequently) unrelated symptoms. The GI doc put a camera down my throat, said I was okay. He sent me to get a barium x-ray exam. That doc said I was okay. They finally sent me to Dr. Agostino. The wait was a little long, but the guy's a specialist so what else would you expect? The guy walks in to the exam room wearing 10 year old slacks and a warm smile. He shakes my hand, asks me to tell him my symptoms. After I named 3 of these symptoms, he stopped me and asked, "Did you ever lift a lot of weights?" "Uhhh.... yeah, I used to be a competitive bodybuilder." This wizard goes on to explain to me how some muscle and bone combination (hyoid) is rubbing up against my spine due to its strengthening over time. You'd be skeptical that his diagnosis was thorough, but he went on to prove it to me. He told me to get my phone out and look up the anatomy on the internet. He thoroughly explained the mechanical process causing my discomfort... and then... like an absolute boss went on to reconstruct the clicking in my throat by having me follow basic instructions and explained ... while I was following his instructions ... exactly what was happening in my throat. I just sat there without words. The guy is an absolute wizard. I went in there thinking I had throat cancer or something and left with instructions to increase my calcium intake and do my best to correct my posture. So you're probably asking, 'would you recommend this doctor?' The answer is... you shouldn't be seeing anyone else. Best otolaryngologist. 5 stars. Guy's a genius. Dr Agostino just repaired my nose after 2 unsucessful surgeries with 2 other Dr’s who were too conservative in their approach. I feel like a new person. He is very thorough and explains everything and illustrates it as well.

Dr Agostino is very professional and he is a humanitarian. He saved my husbands life by making sure everything was taken care of thoroughly. We highly recommend him and his team!

Doctor Agostino is excellent. He’s friendly and good with people. He’s very intelligent and knows about areas outside of his specialty which helps him understand the big picture of what’s going on with your health and how things relate to each other. Because of this, he is good at getting to the bottom of a problem and making an accurate diagnoses. I feel lucky to have found him and would recommend him to family and friends. He cares about his patients and goes above and beyond for them.

Dr. Augustino has saved my fathers life. He takes the time to discuss procedures in details and even draws good pictures when explaining. He has gone above, and is what everyone should get from a doctor. He and his nurse, Robin, have been very generous to our family and very understanding and have always been available to answer questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Augustino to anyone who wants a good ENT doctor.

Yes-friendly, passionate man who also teaches at IU. I like that he draws his explanations, but I still don’t understand exactly what was done to my nose. He also did some external work on my nose but he isn’t not a plastic surgeon- I am left with a bump on the side of my nose and and gap in the bridge/septum. He “built it up” on my bridge at the top so it looks a little like unfinished paper mache work! I don’t have sinus issues— I really needed a plastic surgeon, not an ENT.

Extremely knowledgeable and caring. Has taken care of self and family. Would highly recommend.

I used to see Dr. Agostino when he worked in South Bend Indiana I wish he was still here because I can't find a good doctor he found my problem the first day I saw him he is such an excellent doctor wish we could have him back here in South Bend.

We liked Dr. Agostino, we felt comfortable with him, but his nurse no. His nurse does not return messages, scheduled our 5 year old sons surgery at the wrong hospital. It wasn't until the surgery center contacted us to go through pre-op info that we found this out. We finally got a call back from the office nurse and of course it was everyone else's fault. Didnt receive any kind of pre-op instructions and are 4 days from surgery. We cancelled surgery and are going to other office.

Dr. Agostino is the best doctor I think I've ever had the experience of being treated by aside from my pediatrician. He is passionate about what he does and you can tell he truly truly cares about his patients. He explains EVERYTHING, he even draws pictures to make things easier for you to understand. He removed my submandibular gland tumor and did a great job. If you have any ENT issues, this is the man you need to see. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Agostino is AWESOME. He is efficient and loves what he does. He always takes the time to explain everything. My only wish is that he treated more issues because now that he fixed my sinus', I don't get to see him anymore!!!
