I have been a patient of Dr.Abbott's for 14 years. My husband is a patient, as is our son. He is by far the most excellent qualified optometrist I have ever met and I've been wearing visual correction for 44 years. I also recommend him exclusively to my patients. Not only is he very thorough and accurate but he's also a very nice guy. Ability And Affability are rare in medicine. I would give more stars if I could. Also, his office staff is exceedingly courteous and efficient.
Sadly, the front desk person was so rude and behaved so stupidly, I left. After calling to say I’d be five minutes late, she told me as long as I wasn’t fifteen minutes late that was no problem. Still, they took two patients with later appointment times before me, though I was there before their appointment times. After waiting over half an hour, I asked if I could cancel since I had to pick up my child and had been assured the early appointment time I’d scheduled would be very fast.
