Dr. Meryl Ludwig is a quick-bright mind surgeon with a ton of kind heart. She has focus, stamina and a sharp analytical approach to an emergency situation-keeping a cool that is calming to patient and family alike. So crucial in Pediatric setups. I may be biased because she took great care of my son who was involved in an accident, an accident ignored as minor until hell broke loose on us and we rushed him to PSV with a bad MRI report. The primary doctor who referred my so to PSV was unambiguous. He wanted Ludwig’s attention for my son. I would always thank him for that. From rushing him into surgery to the discharge and follow ups after, Dr Ludwig was consistent in her focused reassuring care. My son is healing very well now and I hope my review here will help lead other children in need of similar attention into the young, good caring hands of Meryl Ludwig, an orthopaedic surgeon of great class even after accounting for the high notch of the INOVA establishment in the Med world.
