We booked an appointment for 4pm yet we have waited for 1.5 hours and the Doctor still has not seen my child. This so unprofessional. They should have scheduled better. Or at least informed us about the delay and it’s reason. This way we can decide early on if we are to wait or reschedule.

Took my daughter to him for an ankle sprain at kaiser. Waited 50 mins past our appt and he shows up just to tell us to go to another dept when all we wanted was an x-ray. Now I will have to wait another 4 hours before she can seen again. He showed absolutely no care, empathy or regards for anyone’s well being. Would 0 Star this doctor if I could. I love Dr. Venzon! Both of my girls have been seeing him since they were new born. My oldest is 11 and my youngest is 6. I trust him and my girls are comfortable with him too.

Arrived on time for appointment and still waited 50 mins for him to arrive and tell us that we had to go somewhere else to treat my daughters twisted ankle. Wouldn’t even order an X-ray. Sent us to urgent care instead. Wouldn’t listen. Not sure that he understood what we were saying. Worst doctor ever had.

Arrived 20 minutes early and still waited an hour to go into the exam room so I could wait another 20 minutes with my son. Dr. Venzon is a joke - doesn't listen or understand his patients, and doesn't explain anything. Would not be surprised if he's not even a real doctor.
