Doc. Did s reconstructive surgery 30 yrs ago. Amazing oerson can still hear the words from when i was a lil girl when he put my face in his hamds and told me to trust him and when i came out he had done what he had said he would. Thank you for allowing me to live a life .

The lady at the front is very rude had me make another appointment waited 2 month just for u her to b rude again. Worst place in lorain

Very nice people at this office. I received the greatest service. The Dr. was amazing with me through my process and the staff as well.

The staff and Dr. Griffith were all kind and professional from my consultation to the procedure. I went in for wisdom teeth extraction on 5/26/2020 which went great. After the procedure and days following it, I had minimal swelling and absolutely no pain.

Tried to schedule an appointment lady was very rude hateful. I’ll take my business to an office who is professional. If she doesn’t like her job in a Monday hate to see how she is on a Wednesday. ????????

The receptionist, Pam is the rudest most abrasive person I’ve encountered in a professional setting. She presented as a very miserable person. She must be a relative because I can’t imagine Dr Griffiths would keep her. The equipment was archaic to say the least. The exam chair arm was Scotch-taped together. Very bad first experience for my gf. Went for a pre op appointment said everything was good and surgery could be done. Then show up for day of surgery next day and they did 3 different test on my gf so they could bill the insurance company hard and then he comes out and says he can’t do the surgery at all. The lady at the front desk sat there and told an old man it wasn't her job, he'd have to do it, then someone called about tanks and she complained about that for a good ten minutes. She was absolutely rude and just a nasty person. I do not recommend that at all. Then you can't even use the bathroom if they are in surgery just wow.

If I could give it zero stars I would ! First off the lady at the front desk was so rude and I went there bc I thought I was gonna get put to sleep to get my wisdom teeth removed but getting there the place looked shady and not very sanitary. So I decided not too but I waited in the waiting room for a half hour and then when I got in the room I waited another 20 minutes by myself just for the dentist to look inside my mouth for not even 1 minute ! Worst experience ever! I took my boys there for a consult for a frenectomy. The receptionist, Pam, was extremely rude and would not let me schedule appointments or talk to me on the phone because I am their step mom. So unprofessional. We will never go back. The estimate for a minor surgery was $1500 more than two other offices we have been to. The boys were absolutely terrified after leaving the appointment. The staff was not considerate of children. The lady at the desk might be a grouch. But Dr Griffith is a great Dr.

The staff was very kind, I didn't get put under for my wisdom teeth extraction. Dr.griffith did an amazing job and was so quick! He got both wisdom teeth out within like 2 minutes. Thank you!

Called for an appointment receptionist wouldn't even let me explain my reason for calling. Very rude!!

Rude staff starting with the receptionist, Pam at the front desk. Nobody greeted me or said anything. I was put in a room alone and watched a video from the 90's regarding wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Griffith was recommended by my son's orthodontist for some extractions. His staff was kind, knowledgeable and caring throughout the entire process. Dr. Griffith went over and Beyond, during the surgery the doctor found a small piece broken off tooth lodged in my son's gums. No one else has seen this on any x-ray. He was able to remove the fragment of tooth while my son was under anesthesia so we didn't have to come again and repeat the surgery. His bedside manner was flawless, he explained exactly what was going on and how he was going to handle it. He made me feel calm and reassured throughout. I would recommend him to any one. Dr. Griffith was recommended by my son's orthodontist for some extractions. His staff was kind, knowledgeable and caring throughout the entire process.
