Dr. Melissa Ada Louise Neal

Dr Neal is my most remarkable Dr. Dr Neal embodies amazing attributes; she is a excellent communicator; very competent and professional; thorough and knowledgeable; and the office staff are polite and compassionate.

I went to the doctors office for an eye examination and was given an incorrect prescription. Dr Neal blew it off saying "oh it's just a slight difference". Really is that taking accountability??? I went to her to correct my vision... SMH

Dr. Neal is absolutely wonderful and I was very comfortable at her office. Extremely clean and sanitary environment. I highly recommend

Office staff is very RUDE…. I’m there for an eye exam correct so they hand me these papers to fill out after I’ve already filled them out on the app only to be told the app doesn’t register my answers on their network so then the print is so small I go to the lady and I say I can’t read this do you know she really thought I couldn’t read at all !!!! I said no I I CAN READ I just can’t see this it’s too small so I go to the window and before I get to the window she’s yelling at me you can’t sit in those blue chairs well first of all if you don’t want people to sit in your freaking blue chairs put a sign on it that says don’t sit on your freaking blue chairs!!!! I told her I wanted to look at the papers in natural light and that’s the only available window… I tore my papers up asked for my ID card and walked out and told them this is an experience I never want to repeat… needless to say I never saw the Dr.???? Very thorough, pleasant and personable.

Long waits, poor schedule keeping, and an desk, floor and chair full of patient files. I have been seeing Dr. neal for about 3 years. The professional care was adequate, but I will not be going back because this office is much too disorganized.

Was unable to connect with the office. I left 3 messages on their automated message system that "transcribes and sends an e-mail". I have a problem with one of my eyes and I was looking for an ophthalmologist. This is certainly not the Dr. to go to for something that requires somewhat quick care. For all I know the office could be closed and the answering machine left on.

Appointment was 1 pm. Done at 4 pm. Absolutely disgraceful! 3 hours? Really?!

Dr. Neal is wonderful! She is a skilled doctor, always willing to listen and explain. I've been seeing her for years. The first time I saw, her she diagnosed a condition that my neurologist had missed. I recommend her highly.

Warm caring Dr. Very informative as too choices and walks you through procedures. Most definetly treats you like family

I originally saw Dr. Neil for an emergency eye issue. Even as a new patient she fit me in to her schedule the same day! Once I met her I knew I had just added another wonderful physician to my medical team. I am chronically ill and have several major medical diseases plus more secondary issues than I can remember. Dr. Neil has always been willing to listen and even LEARN FROM ME when I have showed her information from other physicians about issues that could show up in an eye exam. Love her!
