Dr. Melissa Sue Jones

Dr. Melissa Jones goes above and beyond to take excellent care of our son. We are blessed to finally find a doctor who truly cares about the patient and to find ways to treat and improve his conditions and ultimately recover him. No words can describe who happy we are with Dr. Jones and her entire staff who answers emails and calls instantly with professionalism and care.

Dr. Jones is an answered prayer. My son has been seriously ill for over 2 1/2 years. We have seen over 50 doctors, including making a trip to the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota. Everyone “gave up” on treating my son, because his medical history is extensive and they felt he is too “complex”. When I felt completely hopeless, Dr. Jones agreed to see our son. Since we met her, she has been dedicated to figuring out what is going on and is willing to try treatments to see if they help. It’s heartbreaking having a seriously ill child, but Dr. Jones and her staff truly care about our son and are fully invested in his well being. I thank God for her daily. She’s on our team, and even though it’s a tough battle, she is helping us continue the fight. We love her!

Dr. Jones is amazing. She truly cares about her patients and makes herself available when you have a medical need. She doesn't give up until a solution is found and your child feels better. My daughter was suffering from a debilitating migraine. Dr. Jones was repeatedly available after hours to help us with treatment options. She even saw us on a Sunday to try and find a solution for our daughter's pain. She found a solution which made the migraine pass. Thanks Dr. Jones. You are appreciated!!

Love that she was confident enough to pick up where other doctors had left us with our then 8-yr old... confused, under-medicated, and exasperated. She did a 15-minute computerized focus test on him and told us we had lots of room for improvement. She made the necessary adjustments to his meds and it's like he's a NEW KID! Thank you, Dr. JOnes!!!

I love Dr Jones! My son has Tourette Syndrome and was being seen by one of the top experts in movement disorders at Texas Children's. All that Doctor did was prescribe meds and I was never able to speak to him other than at sporadic appointments. Dr. Jones has prescribed less serious meds, but with the intention of working on behavioral methods, then decreasing meds. Whenever I have a question, she calls me back. She is practical and has a great sense of humor. This is what we needed!

Dr. Jones is so kind and helpful. She has always taken the necessary time with us and I never feel rushed. She was recommended to us and we LOVE her. Her staff is very good, as well.

Amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable describes Dr Jones in a nut shell. Her and her staff are very prompt in responding to messages, even after hours! Thank you Dr Jones for the compassionate bed side manner that you have!

Friendly,helpful staff. The doctor is very knowledgable and explains everything in great detail so you understand. If you have a problem they call you right back. Everything I could ask for from a physician that is taking care of my child. We had to wait three weeks for a new patient appointment but other than that no complaints at all.
