Dr. Hall and her team have consistently been an absolute godsend in my life for years now. When I first came to see her, I was in a lot of pain constantly. I’d been in and out of my gynecologist’s office so often I think they were about as tired of seeing me as I was of having to go there! They diagnosed me correctly but clearly had no knowledge or even concern about how to manage my condition. Thus, I had to take control of my own medical conditions and decisions, and find my own specialist, since they obviously weren’t interested! Enter Dr. Hall<3 Since I began seeing her, all the pain has gone, my condition is well-managed, and I look forward every year to seeing her and her wonderful team! If it hadn’t been for her, I am quite sure I would still be battling that horrible pain. And lastly, I just wanted to add that I’ve always found her bedside manner and her advice very honest and straightforward, her techniques unique and incredibly insightful, and her staff always kind and courteous. I have great confidence in Dr. Hall. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have kept coming back since the ‘80s. She’s never steered me wrong.

Dr. Hall and her staff are so wonderful. I finally have someone who understands the issues that I’m dealing with as a post menopausal woman. You don’t have to fall apart because you are post menopausal. There is help and Dr. Hall is the answer.

Several issues/red flags: Her bedside manner could use a lot of work. She is awkward, aloof, and condescending. She also seems to have no appreciation for the financial constraints of patients - when I needed her to provide prior authorization for a prescription, her response was "It shouldn't be that expensive to pay out of pocket." (I'm sorry, what?) Also, at our first appointment I was told "we will get to the bottom of it" and "we won't give up on you." Her first (and, I later learned, only) suggestion for me didn't help my problem and at our second appointment she said "You are quite a conundrum" and then wanted me to schedule a ($345) follow-up visit to discuss how that went (again, what?). Finally, the reviews on her website are from names/photos that are used repeatedly on many sites (Felicity Rains and Jen Armstrong). Makes me wonder about all these glowing reviews.

After suffering severe menopause symptoms for a couple of years, I learned that my previous OB GYN had established a menopause center. I am not being dramatic when I state that my treatment under Dr. Hall has been life-altering. She created a personalized treatment plan based on comprehensive testing. The awful symptoms I experienced were eradicated and replaced with good health and strong biometric numbers. I am celebrating my 6th year of good health under her care. Her staff is professional and knowledgeable but also caring. They go out of their way to help when it is needed. So five stars all the way around for this tremendous practice. I thought there was no hope from my previous doctor and this office is a heaven send. They are kind, patient and knowledgeable.

The Ladies at the Menopause Center provide exemplary service. I relied on my OB-GYN for years when I became peri-menopausal. But one size fits all estrogen does not apply. Every woman needs to find the right combination of supplements and hormone replacement that works for her. Thanks to Dr. Hall I feel like me again.

Dr. Hall and all of the staff at the office are very professional and always provide the best experience during my visits. I'm happy that she is now taking care of my bioidentical hormone therapy too. Absolutely recommend her practice to anyone!

Dr. Hall is an outstanding Doctor. She is an excellent listener during one on one consultations that are never rushed. She works to understand your needs and recommend an overall health plan, in addition to your annual gynecological care and superb menopause management. Dr. Hall took the time to get to know me and discuss ways to deal with my menopausal symptoms. She helped regulate my hormones so that pre and post menopause has not been an issue. She has also taken an interest in my overall physical and mental health.

I'm so glad I found Dr. Hall. She is gentle, patient and listens and provides great care to her patients. The staff is also very kind and friendly. My experience with doctor Hall and her staff have been exceptional! Doctor Hall quickly diagnosed an issue I had been having for years that several doctors in the DMV repeatedly missed. WOW! I am surprise of the bad reviews. My experience has been outstanding so far. I am a new patient. I had no problem getting an appointment. When I went for my appointment the whole staff was excellent.

I'm really surprised by the bad reviews as well. Dr. Hall and her staff are FANTASTIC! I've been going to her for several years now. As someone who began experiencing perimenopause at the age of 39, my "regular" doctor refused to check my hormonal levels solely based on my age. Dr. Hall was a lifesaver. She worked with me until I finally started feeling better again due to the over the counter medicine she recommended. She is not out to make a buck, but truly wants her patients to live a healthier, happier life. I shudder to think where I would have been had I taken my old doctor's advice... Thank goodness I found Dr. Hall! The office did move locations last year, so maybe the other reviewer got caught between the move. I know they did experience phone trouble during the move. Absolutely HORRIBLE billing department & overall experience. They submitted the wrong information TWICE to insurance and have made no effort to return any phone calls or emails. One of the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experiences that has been drawn out over several months. I will 100% never return.

This place must be closed, if its not, then they have horrible customer service. I called three weeks ago to make an appointment as a new patient, was told they were excepting new patients in July and I said perfect, was placed on hold then hung up on. Tried calling back four times that day and no one answered. Called the next day and left a message, no call back. Called the week after that and left message, no call back. Tried emailing, thinking maybe the office is just super busy and no response. It's a shame because I have heard great things about Dr. Hall and was looking forward to having a great doctor that could help me with my needs, but apparently she needs to hire new office staff.
