First appointment takes 4 weeks - they have no concern about how much pain you are in. The receptionist does not greet you when you arrive

I saw Dr. M. Rosenblatt for acute back pain from falling off a 5' ladder and breaking my back in 3 places. I had spinal surgery on Jan. 28 of this year. The surgery was successful but left me with acute back pain. Unfortunately, how things are today a doctor can only prescribe so much pain medication because of the FDA watching how much medication doctors give out. So after seeing Dr. M. Rosenblatt who is very pleasant she prescribed a medication I could not afford. It was $75.00 each prescription and being on a fixed income with social security I nearly get by. This medication I would need for the rest of my life. So, since I could not afford this particular medication I called Dr. M. Rosenblatt and left her a message that the medication was too costly for me, and if she could call me back and prescribe a medication I could afford. To this day Dr. M. Rosenblatt (thank God I didn't hold my breathe) has not called me back. Dr. M. Rosenblatt does not have the patient's concerns, but is in it for the monies. Think twice before you see Dr. M. Dr Rosenblatt is very caring

I haven't seen and spoken to Dr. Rosenblatt since the first time I went to the office. Although it was her that gave me a caudal epidural, we really didn't speak. I've been seeing Shelley, the nurse practitioner. She is very informative and kind and takes as much time as I need to answer all of my questions. Pain Management Strategies consistently provides expert care. They are meticulous about the details of safe pain relief for every patient. I have experienced successful pain management from them for over a decade. Recently they have even provided very comfortable chairs for the usual long wait to be seen.

The whole team at Pain Management Strategies are great! They're all super friendly and respectful. The Boca office is also really beautiful. It has lovely light fixtures and artwork that make it feel super inviting, and nothing like an old smelly medical office. The new seats in the waiting area are also great. They're larger padded arm chairs. So that even a chubby girl like myself can sit comfortably with extra room (which is great on those bad pain days when you can't ever find a comfortable position). The whole staff is pleasant and goes out of their way to answer questions and make the patients comfortable. There's sometimes a long wait, but rest assured that once it's your turn, you will have quality time with Dr. Rosenblatt or her P.A. Shelley. The bedside manner with these practitioners are amazing and I always feel safe. Every time I go to this office I leave so thankful that I found a practice that cares about me and wants to help me live my life in the least amount of pain as possible while getting to the root cause. I had my first initial visit. All I have to say is WOW!!!!! I came from a different pain management dr of two years and felt I needed a second opinion and I wasn't feeling heard. This office from time u walk in and then out is efficient and kind. Shelly the nurse practitioner sits and listens!!!! I felt heard which is most important when one has chronic pain. She and I discussed best options at this time for my care. I met Dr Rosenblatt who is wonderful and pleasant and both explain things in detail and great education provided. My sister was a patient and took away her pain medication and now she feels like she is dying. Dr has no personality and never talks to the patient, she has Shelly do all the talking.

I'm a pretty new patient here but I have only great things to say. Dr. Rosenblatt really knows what she is doing, and the staff are all lovely and very personable. I feel at ease in this office, which as any long term pain patient knows, is saying something. It's good to feel like I'm in good hands and can pass the reins over to a doctor I trust. I've had many doctors I didn't feel that way about. After years of tolerating pain and taking meds only for the worst of it, I finally feel like I'm on track for a truly improved quality of life. I went through soo much trouble with this office. The front staff always rude and mean.The referrals go straight to the garbage can, there was blood all over the rooms, I wouldn't recommend this place too anyone. I found WINNER DOCTOR. Finally no more pain after leaving this place. I'm sooooo much happier and out of pain???? thank You for being the most difficult staff besides the 2 side helps. That's all I can say about this place. Come here if you wanna be in pain. Bad services ???? disrespectful staff. The office is very caring as they continue with my care through Telehealth services. As I am one of the patient with underlying conditions that puts me in a high risk for Covid-19.

The staff at the office is always helpful and courteous, and Shelly the nurse practitioner is always there to help you and will do so if she can. I have always had good service there

The office ladies are kind and helpful Shelly is GREAT and goes above and beyond to help with your pain,and Dr. Rosenblatt performs miracle's with her injections that is why I have remained a patient for 13 years I do wish they could do a little more, but I still have more good days then bad.I am appreciated for that.

I love Dr. Rosenblatt. I started seeing her when my other provider closed during the beginning of Covid. I get Ketamine infusions with her for CRPS. She and her team have been great especially with all the Covid craziness this past year. I always feel safe and like I am in good hands with her and her team. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Melanie Rosenblatt is an incredible pain management doctor. I have seen plenty of pain doctors and have finally found the most caring, helpful, and understanding of my pain. She spends plenty of time with me until we find a plan that will be tailored to my pain needs. If I am having an emergency Dr. Rosenblatt calls me right back, if not her a staff member.
