EXPECTED BETTER response I still do not understand the reason for this visit. I have had no pain or any symptom to trigger any concerns about a back ache or neck ache. Could someone at Kelsey explain this to me please. I did not make this appointment on my own.

I found Dr. Lai to be very professional and extremely helpful in my case. She reviewed each of my many xrays and explained every detail relevant to my condition as well as each option available to treat it. She is one of my specialist.

Non-responsive to patients.

The provider was not prepared, did not review my electronic medical records, was not a good listener and could not answer my questions
