I have nothing against the doctor, he was fine. It's the office staff that treated me in a poor manner. On August 16th, I went to an ear doctor,to have my ears checked. I really didn't have a problem, but I thought maybe it's time. After all,I could have wax buildup, which I didn't have. When I First got into the office, they wanted my insurance cards and driver's license. I handed all three over. The receptionist who was setting down, handed back my insurance cards and said,"I don't know what this card is."I stood there looking at it wondering if I handed her the wrong card. Then two other staffembers informed me that they accept that insurance, but I needed a referral. To make a long story short, as we were leaving the parking lot I noticed I did not have my driver's license. I called the drs office, and asked if it was there. The girl that answered the phone said, without hesitation,"Nope, the room has been cleaned and there is nothing on the copy machine." My daughter and I went out to eat and we both searched through my wallet and purse again, without luck. So after our meal, we went back to the Dr's office. My daughter went to the door, to no avail. No they did not have the license. My daughter called later, the answer was still the same. When I got home, my daughter, who lives next door searched my car and looked through my purse. She finally said ,"t has to be in that Dr's office." The next day, I called the office asking if they foundy driver's license yet. "No we did no," was my answer,"It is not here." I said, "tTat is the only place that I had it out. It has to be there. Where else could it be? The insurance cards are in my wallet." She said, We put all3 cards on the counter and you grabbed them up. What you did with them we do not know." They were actually rude about the whole thing. I knew there was no use arguing. There was three of them insisting I picked up my driver's license. I was panicking, because I had reservations on Aug18 to take my grandchildren too the water park, before school started. I can't begin to tell you all that I went through getting into Secretary of State, getting a temporary license, and still not having a picture ID when I got to the water park not to mention the money it cost me. So on August 24th there was a message left on my phone," This is Dr Ab---------s office. We have your driver's license. We close at five. You can pick it up, or have your daughter pick it up before five." No apology. I feel they treated me so rudely because they think I am old & confused. The three of them were young so that made them right. I never wanted to use the internet in a negative way but i made a exemption because I feel others need to be aware of the staff behavior. Was not happy with the way he questioned me as if I was lying. Didn't do anything for me. Just stood beside the Anistegioloist who damaged my vocal cords. Fired him. Went to another ENT and found damage to my vocal cord. Surgery is needed. Report he wrote about me had false accusations on it. A doctor is suppose to help the patient not cover up for another Dr. Was not happy with the way he questioned me as if I was lying. Didn't do anything for me. I was very pleased with the care and immediate attention I received from Dr Agabigum and his staff... It was an emergency situation and w one quick call to their office from my Dr's ofc I was seen on the same day. I would definitely recommend Dr Agabigum for his expertise and gentleness.

Professional, compassionate, explains thing completely

Dr dismissed my symptoms. Now having to see a doctor outside of flint that will actually listen to me. This doctor has no bed side manner. He will treat you like you’re an idiot and dismiss your concerns more than likely because you have Medicaid/Medicare. It’s pretty obvious they don’t want patients with that insurance even if what your problem is, is life threatening. I dont recommend going here. Find a dr outside of Flint to see. This doctor is the fraud of frauds. Seems like most specialists in Flint will dismiss you after your first appointment if you have Medicaid. No matter your problem. They’ll say you’re fine but really they just don’t want to take your insurance for the long haul and bank off of first appointments. They all need to be exposed. They’ll get theirs. Karma. Initial visit-Tried to discuss my history and medications but was ignored in that I was on Warfarin. Left with more bleeding and discharge then arrival. Prescribed drops and external ointment. Second visit was a repeat of first with another drop, no attempt to stop bleed or discharge. Third visit, asked what plans were to treat bleed and discharge at which time he became upset that I asked. Apparently, he was dragging it out for office calls.

First time I saw this physician he was 30 minutes late, that was 6 months ago. I went today at 9am, I waited until 1030am along with a room full of patients. No one went through. I complained to the staff they said they'd get back in touch. No one did, routine lateness and couldn't care less attitude about it from the Dr all the way down thru his staff. After being seen by 2 other local ENT's this Dr was the only one to properly address my concerns.

Great Doctor! Went to several other doctors who dismissed my sinus symptoms... Dr. Agabigum however knew right away I had a severe deviated septum. So we planned for surgery and his wonderful staff pushed my case with my medical insurance so they would cover it. I am so blessed for this. I recommend this doctor to anyone and everyone. Got my surgery 1 month after diagnosis and I am recovering great and I can finally breath through my nose!!! Great Doctor! Went to several other doctors who dismissed my sinus symptoms... Dr. Agabigum is knowledgeable and easy to understand. His office staff are fantastic. I've never waiting longer than 15 minutes to see the doctor. I needed an appointment ASAP and the office staff made an appointment for me for the next day. I couldn't recommend the doctor or his staff enough.

They made me come into the office to get normal test results. They tried to charge me $45. My office visit copay is only $25. When I asked how they came up with this amount I was told my office visit was a 99212. I happen to be a certified professional coder so I asked how they could know the level of office visit before I saw the doctor and was told this is how they have been billing it for years. I hope they get audited.

Very poor office. Not helpful at getting biopsy results. The doctor said results should take 24-48 hours. Actually took over a week! Results were returned as inconclusive. All evidence points to biopsy not being sent to lab in a timely manner. If you have a concern as serious as cancer DO NOT go to this doctor.
