Dr. Malzone is our concierge physician. We are blessed to have her care. She is caring, understanding and very professional. She is amazing in her thorough exams. She explains her goals for us and her reasoning. Very up to date and intelligent! Her entire staff are also wonderful. Caring and treat us personally. Such a refreshing experience. My blood pressure is finally under control because I am not afraid to see her and her staff. Simply amazing treatment.

Dr. Malzone is the best diagnoistician I have every known. Every issue is like a puzzle she is committed to figure out. She does so in a kind, competent and compassionate manner. She treats me like a human...with a brain! When you come in a follow up, she will have READ your reports, test results and communications. She is ready to move to further resolution of the concern. Not only have I been taken care of in a professional manner, Dr. Malzone communicates with ease in a fun and thoughtful manner. She sees her whole business/office environment as part of the service. She asks for feedback and is constantly tweaking experiences to give you the best of patient care. I'm lucky to have her as my primary care physician who provides extraordnary care.

I was having a hard time finding a doctor who stayed in the area. It felt like I was constantly meeting new doctors, introducing myself, talking about my health history and goals, and then *woosh* it was time to find a new doctor again. It has been great having Dr. Malzone for several years now! She knows what I'm focusing on with my health goals, and she is helping me meet those goals. Dr. Malzone is considerate and respectful. I am grateful she is my doctor.

Dr. Malzone does a great job in your health care. She is very thorough, and does it in a nice way. Dr. Malzone looks at your overall condition before choosing a course of action. I feel very lucky in having her as my Doctor.

I am a patient of dr malzone. I’m 79 and I’ve been a patient of hers for many years. She stays on top of my tests and mandatory lab work that keeps me healthy. If I have concerns she responds right away and has great recommendations. Because of her I am healthy and strong. I look forward to seeing her at my appointments. I feel i owe my good health to Dr. Malzones care.

Dr. Malzone provides excellent medical care. My visits are thorough, she listens, restates the problems to make sure she is understanding of them and provides a plan to address them. I leave her office with that plan in place, written out to take with me so that I may refer back to it and feeling confident in the care and treatment I am receiving. She is compassionate, caring, professional with a degree of personal as well. I highly recommend her, the office, and her staff, outstanding!

Dr Malzone is one of the best physicians In the area. Not only in her knowledge, but also very caring. Listens so well to issues, and very proactive in testing and finding solutions to problems sooner than later. I trust her immensely, can't imagine going to see anyone else.

Dr. Malzone has been my primary care doctor for 8 years. I can't say enough good things about her and the care she provides. She helped me even when I wasn't her patient anymore as she had left the practice, and I couldn't change my insurance at that point. When a retinal specialist diagnosed me with ocular melanoma, I contacted Dr. Malzone. She helped me navigate the maze to get to an ocular oncologist, because the practice she left had only one doctor left. Needless to say, getting to see the remaining doctor at the practice she left was almost impossible. As soon as I had the opportunity to changed my insurance to her at the new practice (which fortunately accepted my HMO insurance), I did. She is very caring, incredibly thorough, does not rush you, answers your questions and is super knowledgeable. I feel so lucky to have found Dr. Malzone, especially since getting a doctor (let alone a great one) in San Luis Obispo County is almost a miracle in itself. She is the best!

Dr. Malzone is the best, most consistent doctor that I've ever experienced. I have been her patient for more than ten years. She is a total professional, personal and caring. She has consistently cared for my total health in a very capable, knowledgeable, and personal way. There are two or three life crises that I wouldn't have gotten through without her caring and guidance. I am so grateful to always leave her offices feeling so well taken care of.

Dr. Malzone is always very efficient, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. i have never been to her office without leaving with a plan for making my life better and healthier. I always appreciate her as my doctor.

I have been with Dr. Melzone for 15 years she is great and has great bed side manner. If I call the office Dr. Melzone always gets back to me by that evening if it is important or by the next morning if not that important. I have Parkinson's that Dr. Melzone helped detect in 2008. My daughter has crones disease so she sees her once a month and Dr. Melzone is always asking her about myself and my 94 year old Mother that has COPD on top of asthma she is very caring. I wish more Doctors were like her instead of treating you like a number. She has a good staff too. I thank god for Dr. Malzone

In the 4 years that Dr. Malzone has been my Primary Care Physician, I have been impressed time and again by her up to date, thorough but down to earth approaches to diagnosis and treatment. I am especially grateful for her attentive listening skills and teaching moments and that in my senior years, I have the best, as well as most personable, PCP I have ever had!

Dr. Megan Malzone is the best physician I've ever had. She's very knowledgable in her field, very caring, friendly and listens to any concerns I have. She explains everything patiently, whether it's your lab results, questions about medicine or any procedures to be done. I never had any problem seeing any specialty doctors because she made sure the problem at hand is addressed ASAP. She'll treat you as family, I can't ask for more. All her staffs are polite and caring, too...Cynthia, Haley and Kristen.

I am 74 so have my share of medical problems and in my lifetime, have never had a doctor that is so thorough, considerate and professional, as Megan Malzone, M.D. I did read some negative reviews regarding getting an appointment, but don't understand why they are single out the doctor. She is a doctor and does not own or run the practice. If you have a problem with scheduling then complain to the medical group. I don't think you would find a more conscientious or skilled doctor in this county.

Doctor Malzone is an outstanding physician who will go to great lengths to understand her patients conditions before prescribing the treatment. The medical treatments I and my family have received from Doctor Malzone have been beneficial. We feel very fortunate to have her as a medical resource.

Dr Malzone has this way of just making you feel "heard". She takes the time thoroughly listen to every word you say which leads to a thorough diagnosis. She's one smart angel.

She has been my DR for over 15 years , she feels like a family member to me . I love her and her staff . Plus all through this pandemic they have worked hard to keep everything flowing smoothly. kudos to everyone there . 5 star rating

I would definitely recommend Dr Malzone! In a critical situation with my kidney she caught something that the nephrologist missed and literally saved my life. She is a doctor who really CARES about her patients. She is thorough and caring and has excellent people skills. My husband and I feel fortunate to have her as our doctor.

Dr. Malzone is one of the best Doctors in the area. She is very caring and companionate to all. She takes time to understand your needs and does everything possible to get you the care you need. She has been my Doctor for many years and trust her with my life. I highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Scheduled a doctor's appointment on January 4th for February 11 (soonest I could get in). The office staff called that morning canceling the appointment. The next available appointment was in April! Received a call in March stating they are no longer taking new patients! REALLY why didn't you say so in January!?! Very unprofessional and unsympathetic to my health condition! I was very clear I need to get an appointment as soon as possible for a doctor referral and prescription refills but only received the run around from this office. Plus they never call you back you have to constantly call to hopefully talk to a live person! Terrible service, I would rate a zero if I could.

To date by far the worst if you’re trying to schedule an appointment (we have CAL PERS insurance). We haven’t had a chance to meet the doctor but good luck trying to schedule an appointment! It took over 3 weeks to finally get an appointment scheduled. Once the appointment was scheduled it was over a month out. Then the doctor canceled the same day of the appointment without rescheduling. The staff stated they will speak to the doctor to try and get me in earlier because the wait is approximately 2 months out. Well, no one from the office has even attempted to reschedule 5 days after the doctor canceled on me! I have left several messages with no return call! I would avoid this doctor at all costs since she clearly does not care about her patients and this type of behavior is unacceptable for any business but for a physician she should be ashamed of their business practices.

Dr. Malzone is a very caring and friendly doctor. I have fibromyalgia and she has gone out of her way to keep me informed about the current research for this condition. She spend quality time answering my questions and orders appropriate lab tests. Because she is such a great doctor, she is very much in demand. Her staff have always treated me with respect and concern.

I am so grateful to have Dr. Malzone overseeing my care. She is an incredible diagnostician. She reads reports and test results from land another doctors prior to the visit. She remembers and tracks issues. She is personable and makes sure the whole office team works in support of the patient. I truly did not know a doctor could be as competent, caring, and well organized as Dr. Malzone. And, she writes out a plan for you at each visit; and follows up on it on the next visit. We all love her and refer to her because she is the best ever.

Reviews all of my concerns. Very attentive to details. We review my plan of care and sends me a written copy of my visit and my follow up plan. Returns calls in a timely manner. Overall genuine and caring.

The doctor never answers questions or returns calls. Seeing her is is hard. I am a regular patient, not concierge. When i see her she talks down to me like i am stupid. I also am not sure she know what she is doing. Her advice is print outs from web sites. When i ask her questions she always tells me she has other patients so doesn’t have much time. The staff also seems not do know what they are doing. I get a lot of wrong calls that sometimes they call later and say something else. Sometimes i just get wrong information. And they are so rude, even the doctor. The only good person there is Marissa.

Do NOT make this mistake. Dr. Malzone refuses to speak to patients who are not concierge. I have been calling her about an adverse reaction to medication she prescribed to me for a week, even wrote a letter. She refuses to speak with me. I have spoken to Med Assts and her office supervisor, who told me I can't speak to the PA, that they'd indicate I had an allergic reaction to the medicine, which I did not, and said another Dr. wrote a prescription that has Dr. Malzone's name is on it. This is par for the course. When I had a breast cancer scare, she wouldn't get the slides the radiologist requested or return calls to tell me about the mammograms. I had to have the lab tech pull a radiologist in from another office to get answers. When I was trying to get a referral, she never responded. I go to appointments and they are for lab follow-ups, altho' no one ordered labs nor am I due any, versus what I scheduled. I had a UTI for a month and couldn't get an appointment or tests.

I highly recommend Dr. Ellman. She has been my doctor for several years. She is knowledgeable, professional and explains medical issues well. She is a quality physician who listens and is caring. She is worth waiting for.

She is by far the best Doctor of Internal Medicine I have ever had. She is thorough, patient, courteous and professional.

Dr. Ellman always takes time to listen and is genuinely concerned with the health of her patients. I feel very confident in her abilities as a physician and a solver of some of the most difficult crossword puzzles ever created.....even though she sometimes peeks at the answers! lol But seriously, I've been going to Dr. Ellman since 2006 and have recommended her to many friends. She is an outstanding doctor for whom I have the highest esteem.
