This dr might have good faith in treating you but he has the most terrible way to keep in touch with patients: He doesn’t call you after the procedure ( I had surgeries before and the dr has called me to see how I was doing), they NEVER return the phone calls, if you experience any problem and you are not dying to call 911forget about to contact this doctor. Dr. Mikhael has been successfully treating my migraines and back pain for years. I have always found him to be an extraordinary doctor who takes time to discuss my pain levels and the best treatments. The office is fast, thorough, and efficient. Susan Font the P.A. is great. She is quick to respond to emails and submit referrals. Everyone on staff is outstanding. I consider Dr. Mikhael to be one of the best doctors I have ever experienced.

The consultation was extremely hard to get it, the messages in the voicemail never returned. Finally I got a date and when I arrived there was not a front desk assistant . During the consultation he left the room to talk to another patient and I had to ask he returns to finish the consultation . To proceed with the treatment I had to do numerous phone calls to schedule the procedure. He did it but he never approached to me to let me know how went everything . I see this doctor is very impersonal, apparently he relies in the other people and written notes to explain everything.

Been a patient for many years & would never consider i going anywhere else. Dr. Mikhail & staff have been incredible. They gave me back my life.

Finaly , one of the stuff answer ed the phone she told me we havec100 phone calls during day this place just going by quantity not quality owner they just care about money visiting patients. Pain managment working with both mental and physical pain must be more concern about individual

I have tried for four weeks to schedule an appointment. They say they are going to call me back but I don’t get a call back. I called several times and left messages. No call back. Then when I finally get someone they say they need my medical records. I wait and wait. Then after several tries I get someone the phone that say they have my medical records and they call me back later in the day or the next day for sure. No call for a week. So I call and leave another message. The next day I get a call and they need more records and will call me in a day or so. No call. I am now asking my regular Doctor for another referral. Are you kidding me? He doesn't have a cell phone? I have been trying to get in since Monday, it is now Thursday! I guess the ER or urgent care is the answer. RUN don't walk away from this place. Dr. Mikhael is an excellent pain management doctor. However if you see him you will get an intake and nothing else, unless you are having a procedure. You will be seeing a PA for anything else. Also his office is the most dysfunctional I have ever seen; it took them 4 months to get a progress note from another doctor because they never followed up, and I have been trying for over a month to get someone to send a proper request for medication authorization to my insurance company.

A pleasant demeanor, but very stubborn if I ask about my treatment. We wait and wait, and he enters and exits the rooms so quickly, you have no time to talk to him. Worse is when you have chronic pain but doing well on a stable dose of meds for years. Then one day out of the blue Dr. M states he won't give me one drug that I was on for 8 years; and that I needed to cut down 50% on my other pain medicines. That's PAIN MISMANAGEMENT. Pain is this MD's specialty, yet he inflicts it. Avoid

Scheduling a consult was easy for lower back pain due to Degenerative Disk Disease. The follow-up appointment for treatment however has been a nightmare. They called and left message indicating they had an appointment 2 weeks out. Tried calling back 5+ times to schedule with no answer. When the finally called back the next appt was 4 weeks out and the lady hung up on me making me feel like she had done me a favor. 4 weeks later they cancelled my appt by voicemail and haven't answered phone since

Bad office. So far after five weeks they have not been able to give the state the correct paper work for my on going treatment. I also had a complete shoulder replacement about three weeks ago. I guess their version of pain management is to see how much the patient can endure, added pain from major surgery plus my everyday pain being treated. I was told this was all done and no problems, it is not. I am having four more surgeries at least, all pain related all major operations that will require hospital stays. Makes me not want to have them done, no pain management after surgery and what I am now going through is totally wrong, no meds, post op. Guess I have to get better to receive my normal meds. The Dr they had for me to see at this clean place not friendly to wheelchairs and not friendly to prescribing medicine. They only like giving Norco if you are dying. The Dr had this smirk on his face the whole time he asked me is there any other questions. All they like to do is surgery and installing pumps inside your body or tens units which doesn't work for me as I explained in horror when he said he wasn't going to give me anything. This doctor, if you can even call him that, and his staff are some the worst individuals I've come across. No sympathy, empathy or compassion. His nurse argued with me on my first appt about prescribing my meds. This office and its staff are extremely unprofessional and are obviously in pain management for the money. I too have called multiple times and left messages with no call back. Today I was even hung up on when trying to make an appointment. I've called my doctor for a new referral. Warning**** do not bother with this place.
