She was great with my skin cancer - but my experience since seeing her has been a nightmare. I paid the original bill and then it changed several times. I paid the difference but they never credited my 1st payment. I have sent them the canceled check through there portal and by mail. Now they are trying to say “ Oh we got the 1st payment but the bill changed and you still owe that exact same amount” The numbers don’t match up - but since August they no longer send out an itemized statement - just a text message link to the portal to pay the amount they state. - I guess this is what i get for paying the 1st bill as it came in. I would love to see the doctor again - but i am going to have to go elsewhere because i can not deal with the billing department- they are the worst i have seen - and i work in healthcare.

Dr. Thosani has surgically removed several skin cancers from me over the last few years and her work is superb. The 2" incision on my forearm was virtually invisible after one year. She is easy to talk to and genuinely cares. Highly recommended.

Dr. Thosani is a wonderful doctor. Performed clean and excellent procedures and did not try to pump me full of antibiotics. Very engaging personality also. Difficult to get an appointment though, she is booked solid, and I understand why.

Terrible outcome after MOHS surgery. Sutures did not hold and had a deep and wide hole that would not heal and required a second surgery by plastic surgeon. Got very poor care and was very difficult to get help.
