Very unresponsive and unwilling to listen when you call to express a loved one needs help at them moment and someone to talk to, even clients who have been seeing her for years. When someone calls to express there loved one needs her to call them and she, very rudely, says no she will not, isn't someone I find helpful for anyone. Including those who Are needing help immediately. I find it very damaging and can hurt people lives when she wont reach out to her clients to help. No good here. Amazing therapist! Maxine was my therapist for over two years and in that time she blew me away with her skills as a clinician. Extremely compassionate, caring, calm, insightful, and professional. She is highly attuned to the needs of clients and has the keen ability to respond in such a way that is most helpful. I cannot give Maxine enough praise.
