have to say that this is the first time Iâve felt that a psychologist truly listens to me. Ms. Rhonda has always answered the phone or called me back right away so I donât know what the other reviewers are talking about. It make take a few days to get prescriptions refilled but considering she is probably pretty busy, itâs something I can deal with. Iâm just very happy I found Dr. Maxine, And I really feel like she wants to help me.
Wonderful, her assistant Ms. Rhonda makes u feel like You have known her for years. Doctor Maxine is very professional also makes you feel very comfortable. When you leave you feel better immediately just from them making you feel at ease and caring about you. Would definitely recommend.
Excellent psychologist. Takes time to listen to me and understands my condition. I am glad to have her and Rhonda for my care.

2 or more hour wait at appointments. She sometimes only works a couple of days a month. Not available for urgent appts. Never available for adverse medication issues. She cancels the days she works and rescheduled with no regard for your schedule. Irresponsible!

Impossible to get in touch with the office to change or schedule appointments.I don't think she ever really listened to me, but spent a lot of time doing something on her computer.
