The Lady at the front desk was super super rude!

I’ve only been once but had a great experience. Dr. Mancillas made an effort to get to know me and thoroughly answer my random questions, such as, “Is there a difference between generic and brand name saline?” (There is!). Would definitely use this provider again!

The Dr goes way beyond the duty of trying to get my contacts correct. I have a difficult prescription and he hangs in there with me to work on getting the contact lens to fit. Wonderful staff as well.

I've been going to Dr. Mancillas for my glasses and contacts since I was young! He's awesome about explaining things to me especially since my eyes need a lot more correction then most people. He's always looking out for my best interest!

Wonderful caring eye doctor. Thorough and prompt. Asked sufficient questions to make me feel quite confident in his abilities. Clean facility. Easy to schedule.

My experience today was as great as it possibly could have been. The staff at the front desk were very kind. Dr. Mancillas was knowledgeable, and he really took the time to explain everything to me in terms that I could understand. Then, the office manager really bent over backwards to see if my insurance company would help cover some of the costs. She made phone calls, was very thorough and seemed eager to and happy to help.
