Very difficult to leave a message. Very long wait time. I have been a long time patient for years and it seems to be getting worse.

Absolutely horrendous, shameful, and unethical practice and customer service. I would never wish for anyone to risk coming here and risking their health with such an important area as neurology. Do not risk yours or your family members health at this clinic.

Dr. Sheth validated every concern I had. She did not rush through any of my appointments. She could tell I was very stressed and scared, and she was nothing but supportive. While impossible to contact them on the phone, or get a return phone call when you leave a message, they seem to be somewhat knowledgeable and friendly once you are at the office. Lauren is the best!! Can’t say enough about her. She’s the reason I rated then 2 star instead of 1. I was misdiagnosed by them and received IVIG for 10 months before getting an “expert opinion”. UT Southwestern neurologist knew within 5 minutes that I had been misdiagnosed. I had tried to leave a review in another page, but it was subject to a doctor's approval and of course never happened. I had made an appointment with Dr Sheth several months ago, but only saw a PA. I was given a series of tests, was given a diagnosis. ....then was given a medicine that had horrible side effects, which I never took. No one was personable or kind, much less Sheth who came in, introduced herself and then ignored me in the hallway a couple of times. I want people to realize that -Best Doctors - are voted by their friends, not actual patients. And if someone was good 10 or 15 years ago it doesn't mean today is putting the energy to be a good doctor, why? Because she was voted by her friends as best doctor a while back, and has her own advertisement as Best Doctor in Frisco. I am tired of these shenanigans. My health is too important to me, I am going to a Good Doctor next time.

At my first visit (tele-visit), I spent most of the time talking to the Physician's assistant. The doctor came on for just few min and disappeared. My second and subsequent visits - they kept forcing me to see the P.A. I said I want to see the doctor and they said it was their policy to the do the visits with the P.A. Even if you set up the appointment saying specifically you want to see the doctor, they will call you and remind you that you have an appointment with the PA. I had to practically fight with them to try and get an appt with the doctor, and even then it was mostly the PA - the doctor showed up somewhat grudgingly, I thought. Hello - I am paying for a doctor. I expect to get doctor. The only time I actually saw the doctor was when she was doing some nerve test on my leg. Guess the PA is not qualified to do that. Anyway, I feel they tried to as many tests as they can so they can collect as much money as they can. Lot of tests. I don't mind the tests, but in the end, there was no help in finding/resolving my issues. This is no reflection on the PA. She tried her best. The doctor didn't even try, IMO. I have had an extremely hard time getting anyone to call me back with results. I had a lumbar puncture 4 days ago and have not heard a word from wither the doctor or the PA. I wish medical professionals would understand how much anxiety is involved waiting on testing results.

My migraines started when I was five years old, and started with my first neurology care at age 12. Overall, it’s not been very pleasant. My first appointment with Dr. Sheth was by video in April. Her APRN, Nissie, met with me first. She talked to me with respect. She answered questions. Dare I say, she listened! When Dr. Sheth came on, she had clearly talked with Nissie beforehand; I did not have to repeat everything I told Nissie. Dr. Sheth made me feel like I was the expert of my migraine and headaches. They both genuinely wanted to make my migraines go away. They showed such empathy, and their understanding how disruptive chronic migraines and complex headaches disrupt the quality of our lives literally made me want to cry. I had my first appointment with Dr. Sheth this morning. I was taken back to an exam room shortly before my appoinment time; unheard of these days! All of her staff was extremely friendly and compassionate, all seemed to enjoy their jobs and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Dr. Sheth came in last to do my testing and was very friendly, personable, and had a lot of compassion. She took the time to explain everything to me and also seemed very knowledgeable, not like so many doctors that seem to talk out of a medical textbook. Everything was done in a timely manner and her office seemed to run quite efficiently, with the staff seeming to know where to be and when. I would highly recommend her and her office to anyone. Extremely happy with everyone in this practice. From treating my migraines, to my neuropathy, and other ailments, Dr. Sheth's team is top notch.

Making an appointment is a nightmare. You can't talk to a live person, so you have to leave a voicemail. If you are lucky, they'll call back within the next day or two. And if you miss that call, you start all over again with the voicemail. Best thing to do if you want an appointment is to visit the office, but sometimes that also leads to the same problem when they have to talk to the doctor before agreeing to an appointment. Very frustrating.

If I could put a negative score I would. I have never experienced an office that is focused more on the interest of making money then the safety of their patient and unborn child. This doctor office has had my blood level results to ensure my medication is at the level it needs to be while I'm pregnant to ensure I do not have a seizure and myself and baby us safe. The office has refused multiple times to release the results to me verbally prior to my appointment. I was told they would not disclose my treatment plan until they see me in person. When I did make another appointment, the office calls and tells me I need to reschedule again because who sees me is on holiday that day and still refused to at least tell me my levels are okay and not to worry, that I must wait several more days until the next available appointment to share the treatment plan for me delaying further if there is an issue with my results or not. Meanwhile I commute to and from work 80 miles and could potentially be a risk to other drivers, myself and my unborn child. This combined with the ridiculous amounts of testing that my previous doctor did not require is proof your office is about making money and unethical. My previous doctor retired and I saw him for years and he monitored my last pregnancy. I'm very familiar with how this process should go. Your practice should be ashamed of yourself! I had two appointments with Dr. Sheth. The first one was fine--based on that I would have given her four stars. The second appointment was a couple of weeks later at 12:00 noon. I was promptly put into a room to wait for the doctor. And I waited. And waited. And waited. At 1:15, I walked out, unseen. I had paid my $100 upon arrival, so I guess this practice should consider it a donation. Perhaps I should see if I can get a tax deduction. Never went back, never will. I loved my interaction with Dr. Sheth... she spent enough time to remove my concerns and told me what to do for next few weeks to overcome my head ache issues... her staff was pretty friendly and I always felt being welcomed by them...

Jodie, Dr. Sheth and the team always take the time to make sure my questions are answered and I'm as healthy as possible. Jodie is fabulous with migraine injections, nerve blocks, medical workups, etc. Honestly, everything and anything she has done for me she has done perfectly! Make an appointment, it's worth it if there's a wait!!

I do not recommend Lone Star Neurology for any auto accident work. They took advantage of us and performed unneeded test at outrageous prices.

Most caring and knowledgeable surgeon I have ever met. He listens to all of his patients and explains everything in great detail!

I am so thankful to this doctor for helping me find out what is wrong with my leg after my total knee was done in February of this year 2017. Now November and still not able to stay up on my leg much do to the tibial nerve being effected. Was told it was compressed or over stretched during surgery. I am adding more because I had CT scan to see what could be done to fix it. Well I went home called the surgeon that done my total knee and told them what happened to my leg. Then the next thing you know I get a phone call from Dr. Sheth’s office saying nothing wrong with my leg. I am not sure what is going on or why my surgeon need to know what neurologist I went to. I have a good idea that the surgeon called my neurologist and stopped them from fixing my leg. So I called and got my scan returned to me and I have another appointment to see someone else and I will not tell them who done the surgery. Dr Sheth is absolutely amazing, she is one of the top neurologists in the metroplex - voted best neurologist by her peers every year for the last several years. Each time I meet her, I am amazed at how much compassion she has for her patients who are chronically ill, depressed, suffer from debiliating condition and are as a rule very unhappy when they come for a visit. I really liked this lady, she was very knowledgeable and gave me a very focused plan of care. The wait time sucked but that is always the standard with good doctors. I also liked the staff and they were still smiling at the end of their day and I would not be if i had to deal with half of the patients they had to.

Dr Sheth and her NP were so professional and answered all my questions. I went into the office with a terrible headache and left with no pain.

She was very thorough in my opinion. She answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed for my appointment at all. I can see why she is rated as one of the top neurologists several years in a row by D Magazine and Dallas Morning News.

I thought she was fantastic. Both her and her NP took the time to listen to my problems (epilepsy) and gave me a care plan that has kept my seizures under control for the last 3 years. Very nice office staff as well.

If you want care in a timely manner. Find another doctor. Hundreds of costly tests and you only get to talk to a physician assistant. Ask a question and you get "I'll ask the Doctor". The only time you see the Doctor is when the P.A cannot do something by law. Try to schedule an appointment and the receptionist has a deer in the headlight look. When you do show up it will only take her 10 + minutes to find you in the computer. I'm there for leg problems, I can't sit in low chair, I had to stand in waiting room. After 45 minutes. 35 min after appointment pain became a problem so I left. Checked out before leaving they were totally ambivalent and uncaring. If you want care in a timely manner. Dr. Sheth is WONDERFUL! (Yes I am shouting). She has taken care of both my wife and this week myself. Her professionalism is top notch and diagnoses explained fully and understandably. Highly recommended.

She is a fantastic doctor who know exactly what to do for any of the aches, pains and migraines you might have. Her PA's are exceptional as well. I would trust her ability and opinion all day long.

Dr Sheth and her staff are great. The staff was very helpful and cheerful and treat you like a person and actually care. Dr Sheth herself is very knowledgeable and a very good clinician. She actually knows what she is looking for and then tests you to confirm her suspicions. There are a lot of specialists who order random tests without understanding what they are looking for and Dr Sheth is not one of them. Getting to see Dr Sheth was the best that could happen for my migraines. I have been getting BOTOX from her for the last 2+ years and very rarely have migraine attacks anymore

Best visit I have ever had at a doctor's office. I must have been seen by 3-4 doctors, all took their time and explained concerns, tests, results, treatments, etc... And the treatments immediately started helping. I couldn't be happier.

I believe that Dr. Sheth is truly a capable physician, with a compassionate bedside manner. The problem, however, lies with her office manager. I have United Healthcare and they are a tier 1 provider. Since services are discounted, as "fair and reasonable" as negotiated by the insurance as what they cover under my copay. They charged me $270/visit and claimed it was my copay. They were making up for the discount. They also filed fraudulently for procedures that were not performed on me. Beware!

I have had three appointments in the last year and never seen the doctor. I was told this last visit, yesterday, that I only had an appointment with the PA. So be careful when you make an appointment that you are making an appointment to see the doctor, not just the PA. It took me awhile to realize what was going on. I got better treatment from Kathleen, the interviewing nurse. I waited an hour after asking to see the doctor, not the PA, and finally left. So beware.

Not too much to say about Dr. Sheth.. since the first appointment, they made me wait for over 2 hours and never met the Dr. but yet.. these people had the NERVE to submit a claim to my Insurance and received payment for services I never received!...really $300 for nothing ? be aware of these place taking advantage and your money, specially for those who need medical attention regularly.

I was billed for a visit while I was in the hospital for a reason unrelated to neurology. I do not ever remember meeting or seeing her. I will pay the bill only so that it doesn't show up as unpaid on a credit report.

This was my 2nd visit and highly unsatisfied. I had to wait quite long during the first visit. Though, finally Doctor came and spent 2 minutes with me recommending MRI and EEG. Today, the Doctor didn't even meet. Instead, after waiting for 50 minutes when I asked how much time it will take... the nurse came and informed that my MRI and EEG are normal. Very pleasantly surprised with the level of service from Dr Sheth and her PA. They took the time to hear me out and helped me understand causes of ailments. Really put my mind at ease. I highly recommend Dr Sheth. She makes you fell like a human being instead of cattle or sheep.
