My entire experience with Dr Kelly, her billing department and staff were atrocious. Dr Kelly told me I would never have my own biological children, which caused me to spiral into a state of horrible depression. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. I now have a 6 month old son. The practice that I switched to, Shady Grove Fertility, said I had a wonderful chance of becoming a mother immediately. Dr Kelly seems to be stuck in her ways and not on the top of her game anymore. I’ll actually never forget this memory and it happened so long ago, I don’t know why I didn’t write a review sooner. I started birth control for the first time in about 2016- after a few months of taking it, I felt so anxious and weird. I called the office crying while I was at work in the bathroom. Dr. Maureen Kelly got on the phone (not an assistant) actually her and calmed me down and reassured me that I’d feel better once I stopped taking it and to stop asap. I haven’t seen her in years due to the location of the practice being far from me, but this is a key memory. You’re amazing Dr Kelly! Staff is amazing. Especially Grace. Always made you feel comfortable and welcomed. Now I wasted so much time and energy there. I had a consult with Dr. Kelly and explained why I wanted to travel out of state and how a previous physician didn’t want to help me due to my weight. But I have PCOS and have been struggling with my weight for years and tried everything with no results. I felt as thought dr. Kelly understood. Told me she wasn’t concerned and that we would be able to continue...but after weeks of traveling back and forth sometimes 2x a week. A nurse then tells me nonchalantly that I need to lose 25-30 pounds before I could begin ivf. All my time wasted and was showed no remorse. I would Never go back! Staff is amazing. Especially Grace. I started with Dr. Kelly three years ago. After bad experiences with doctor's in New Jersey I took a leap of faith traveling to Philadelphia numerous times a week. Today I have a healthy two year old daughter and recently returned back to her office for baby number two!!!

When we thought all hope was lost after several miscarriages and years of specialist visits until my daughter saw Dr.Kelly. Dr. Kelly was able to accurately diagnose the issue immediately and today my daughter is the mother of 2 healthy, beautiful children.

Dr Kelly was an exceptional provider and support to my family and me. She and her team were loving and incredibly knowledgeable. Providing comfort through the many ups and downs that came with getting our child here. We now have a delightful 2 year old and feel so grateful to the team at Society Hill. Dr Kelly and her staff are amazing, they are always there to answers your questions and concerns. The wait is very minimal 10-15mn top. I recommended her to my family and friends and they had an exceptional experience.

Dr. Kelly and her staff couldn't have been more helpful and patient. They took the time to go over all my options and made us feel comfortable. We cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Kelly and her staff have been amazing through my entire process. Beth is an awesome nurse who always answers my emails and phone calls promptly and takes time to explain anything I'm confused about. Dr. Kelly makes me feel calm during big procedures like my egg retrieval. And when I was having some unpleasant side effects from an antibiotic they prescribed, she personally called me back within minutes on a weekend to follow up on my discomfort, get me relief, and check back in with how I was doing. It's been a long fertility journey and everyone here makes me feel at ease and is so kind.

Dr. Kelly and her staff couldn't be more helpful. Dr. Kelly takes the time to answer any questions you may have. Her tests are all necessary in the fertility world and the team worked with me so that I could afford treatment from start to finish. She really is a great doctor and has amazing staff.

Horrible. the staff does not tell you when you schedule an appointment that you must be 21 not 18. My daughter goes, doesn't get an exam because she's 19 BUT i am billed non the less. REALLY!

Terrible doctor! I am filing complaint with PA state. She illegaly without my convent performed exams on me that I did nit even need! Please all women stay away this is a horrible experience!

My advice to anyone who has an appointment here with Dr. Kelly, is to please rescheldue and go to RMA of Phildadelphia. I was very disappointed with my services here. The staff are not friendly and lack bedside manners. Staff do not call you back with results, rather you have to chase them down. I was only able to talk to the actually doctor once.... she too was not very friendly, or supportive of what I wanted. Dr. Kelly diagnosed me with block tubes. She will push IVF without even weighing other options. My experience at Pine Street was awful, and I'm glad I received a second opinion! The staff here are extremely rude, especially the woman answering the phone. I have never been treated so poorly by a receptionist in my life. Tests were ordered for me without any discussion of costs or coverage with my insurance. It seems like this office is out to get money. All the blood work came back normal and I received a voicemail to discuss options for IVF. Why would I need IVF if there is nothing wrong? If I were you I would consider another place for treatment. You would think that an office that deals with fertility would be considerate and accommodating to their patients. This is not the case here at all. I've been a patient of Dr. Kelly's for about a year and I can't say enough great things about her and her staff. Dr. Kelly was very thorough, always explained the situation and our options and was always available for our questions. She made us feel comfortable with the uncomfortable. The nurses are fantastic and very responsive with results and answers to any and all your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly and her team! I worked with Dr. Kelly from 2016-2017. She is absolutely wonderful! Her staff are extremely patient and kind! Dr. Kelly performed surgery on me twice, and I am now 6 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl after trying for over 1 year and one miscarriage. I recommend her to anyone who needs help and is hesitant. Go see Dr. Kelly you won't regret it! Her bedside manner is amazing, she truly cares, and will do everything in her power to help! I loved working with Dr.Maureen Kelly her an her staff they were so nice an respectful an answered all questions that I had. I donated my eggs to her office about 4 years ago everything went smoothly. They made sure every visit was great. If I could have the chance to work with them again I would without a doubt!

Her clinic asked me to do unnecessary and expensive Gene test, which costs me $3880. I went there to find out why I could not get pregnant after 6 months trial and I do not have family history of those rare birth defect disease. I think the doctor may get money from the gene test lab.
