I’ve had two ACDF surgeries, one in 2018 and one in 2021. I had incredible outcome with complete resolution of pain. I have met many people that had incredible injuries that have made a full recovery after surgery with Dr Wills. I like that he is direct in telling me what to expect and that I can always get in to see him quickly. I would absolutely recommend him!

I am so deeply, deeply grateful to Dr. Wills and his care team that saved me from the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced and blessed me with a pain-free lease on life. They deserve a big Shout out of gratitude and appreciation. Ok, so 1st of all he came in and shook me hand, introduced himself and got right to the point of how the procedure was going to go. His nurse Kim is a rock star and made it a smooth transition for paperwork and my company. During the day of back surgery so woke up with little to no pain. I stayed overnight and still didn’t have any pain the next day either. I know not everyone experiences this, but I thought he did a fantastic job on the surgery. He doesn’t say much but he gets right down to the point and is an excellent neurosurgeon. Thank You Dr. Wills for making my back better and painless.

I had a great experience with Dr. Wills. He removed a tumor from my brain. It’s been 4 1/2 months and I feel better than I have in 2 years. I’m grateful for his dedication.

I am only walking today thanks to Dr. Wills. I had severe spinal stenosis from C1-C7 which resulted in a laminectomy of my entire cervical spine, and a fusion from C1-T2. I am grateful every day for him and his staff and the work they did.

Dr. Wills performed a C1-C2 posterior fusion on my neck 18 years ago. Clearly I haven’t been his patient for many years, but almost 2 decades later I remain extremely thankful for his expertise, kindness, and empathy. I was in a bad car accident and lost my best friend/high school sweetheart in the accident. Dr. Wills was patient and compassionate when I needed it most. As expected, time has taken its toll and I’m beginning to have deterioration of discs lower in my neck as Dr. Wills explained I would likely eventually experience. Each neurosurgeon I’ve been to is impressed with Dr. Wills’ work and says my screws were perfectly placed. I will always be thankful to Dr. Wills.

Rude, "Girl talked" me. I'm not an idiot. Came in the room with a mouth full of food, then I went to shake his hand like a professional and he wiped his hands on his pants while finishing his lunch half open mouthed. Short visit with him. Ordered me around. Didn't touch my back or address my concerns.

Terrible bedside manner. Rude. Insulting. No compassion. Hard to believe he’s in a profession that’s supposed to care about people. He was very belittling to my husband.

Don’t waste your time and money by going to see Dr. Wills. His bedside manner is awful. He has no compassion and he won’t listen to you or your needs. He is rude. He is gross (walked in the room with his hands in his pants). He will talk over you and barely listen to you. He has a very accusing tone. It’s like an interrogation. A complete waste of time.

Dr. Wills is NOT a caring & compationate Dr. He's definitely NOT a people person! My high hopes of getting help were short lived from the moment he walked in the room! He was rude, & rough. He hurt me when he had me lay on my stomach & pushed really hard on my low back where I've had 4 back surgeries! It's been 3 day's, I still have bruises on BOTH hip bones! He also grabbed my calves and squeezed them hard because I told him they were sore, they feel as if they are bruised! Would NOT recommend!

Dr Wills with much gratitude for all you have done for me! The back surgery was a 100% success. My recovery process was very quick and I returned to work 2 weeks after surgery. Thank you for your expertise, your professional care, and your gentleman's kindness! With the greatest appreciation, I will never forget you Dr Wills. You are Par-Excellence!!! Would I recommend Dr Wills YES, yes, yes a million times yes! I am externally grateful and reporting 3 months later I am pain free! Peggy

when my body failed me he did amazing work to help . i had a c2-c6 ependymoma tumor removal as well as c2-t2 fusion. his bed side manner is amazing. caring compassionate and really takes time with me.

I met Dr. Wills and Charyne Rahjes for the first time today and let me assure you if my surgery goes half as good as my experience today I'll be doing something. Charyne was absolutely outstanding and dr. Wells was great and explaining what needed to be done how everything was going to work recovery times and made me feel actually quite excited about getting back next week for my appointment so I can get relief. They really changed my mind about back surgery. Appointment time 11am out 11:45

Made a app. Never got to see Dr Wills live out of town wasted 2 hrs drive time half tank of gas waited 1 MO for app. Wife took half day from work to be with me you really matter to him he has his own agenda and your not in it I'll never go noor would I recommend him.

He is wonderful! He gave me my life back! Very gifted surgeon! His staff is very helpful and kind. Not chatty but that's good as far as I am concerned!

He's great! My husband and I love him. He took great care of our son. He's an amazing surgeon and I'm glad he was the one God chose to be there when our son needed surgery.

He has terrible bedside manners. But the surgery he did was okay, but had to go to pain management to get rid of my pain. Since my surgery was an emergency, I had no opportunity to inquire about other options.

Dr. Wills was an excellent neurosurgeon. He was very direct about the options/risks and gave me all the information needed to make a decision. The surgery (3 level discectomy and fusion) went great. I was having pain, numbness, tingling and weakness in both arms and legs. When I woke up after the surgery it was all gone! I would recommend Dr. Wills to anyone.
