I had an appointment for a evaluation on my back and shoulder from when I had surgery. All I can say is I will not be seeing him again and Southeast needs to reconsider having him a part of their business

I had an appointment for an evaluation The paperwork said my appointment was at 1pm and to be there 15 minutes before. I arrived at 12:30 pm and at the window the girl doesn't say anything to me but ask the woman across the room (who was speaking with someone else) "should I check her in?" I was just wondering if she was referring to me or the person the other woman was speaking with? After repeatedly asking her the woman (should I check her in?) Finally the woman says "her appointment is at 1:45 pm" then the girl repeats that to me. I showed her my paperwork and she in turn shows the woman and the woman still says my appointment is at 1:45 pm. I waited until 1:52 pm and went to ask when I would be seen? I was seen by the doctor at 2:15 pm! Only after the nurse took my weight. She had me remove my shoes, but did not ask me to put down the 20 oz bottle of water or the hand full of keys that I was holding to get my weight. So unless you have a great deal of time, and don't mind being treated badly I would not go here I know I will not return. Great facilities He wasn't able to help me. He said in 28 yrs of practice he has never seen this. Wouldn't engage in conversation about how my injuries happened. He just went off the mri results. I was dismayed and refused the shots. Were he wanted to give me the shots was not the cause only symptoms of. He wished me well with my symptoms. Its been 18 months. I just yesterday have untwisted my lumbar from my psoas being injured causing my lumbar to twist to the left and down 20° i can walk short stents and still cannot set long. You would think if its something he hasn't seen he would be more interested. Thank goodness i have a great family physician. I left there with a huge bill for 15 minutes in both visits. Im still dismayed. If he doesn't know at least he was honest. He may be able to help you though. Have all your questions ready. I actually rate you worst then this because of what you said and done to me. You are by far the worst doctor I've ever met!

Very helpful and actually cares. Takes time to explain, and is kind. Excellent Doctor. Would recommend to anyone needing bone, joint or muscle issues. Staff always polite and helpful as well!!! Would leave more stars if I could

I enjoy going to see Dr. Karshner. I know that he will tell me exactly what I need to hear and he answers my questions even if I've asked them 3 times already. His staff is very friendly and efficient. I will recommend him to others and I will use him again if the need arises.

My experience with this doctor was very unpleasant. He was very rude, unsympathetic, and lacked the manners it takes to relate to a patient and their health problems. The bed side manner he obtains makes you feel more victimized than helped. I would not recommend sending my pets to see this doctor.
