Dr. Germain is experienced beyond anyone I’ve ever trusted with my care. He is able to assess and determine health issues that didn’t even know that I had while still addressing the problems and the reasons why I came to seem to begin with not only does he seem to have this Caring and thoughtful demeanor, but he also takes the time to explain and answer questions unlike any doctor I’ve ever been around or ever had to encounter. He went out of his way to schedule me even on off hours, and he even took care of my family when they were not on the schedule , he is a very caring person and a really talented doctor. Lastly, chiropractic is the least of what he does, even though he’s the best chiropractor I’ve ever been to he preaches a very simple concept, which is all about the muscles and how they affect the nerves and how them that leads to health problems so I highly recommend him. My health challenges were very difficult and are very difficult and I’ve been to numerous different types of doctors from pain management to Cairo to massage to everything else under the sun and not one of those things helped in the way that Dr Matt did I highly recommend Dr Matt Germain.

I met the good Doc while visiting another business in his clinic’s building. He mentioned that he could do wonders for my neck. I had no idea that I needed any help with me neck. He said that I was operating at much less than I should be in regard to mobility. I said what the heck and went in for a consult. I find it truly amazing that anyone can be so gifted to just look at someone and know what they need help with. Long story short, he adjusted my jaw, neck and who knows what else. I just did not know how much pain I had gotten used too until I was no longer in pain. What he did to my jaw has set my lifelong cross bite straight! Matt explained muscle memory to me, so I will go back for follow ups. I want these amazing results to stay! I urge anyone that has limited mobility, sinus issues, headaches or clinching jaw issues to rush to see Dr Matt.

I've been seeing Dr. Matthew Germain for a few years and he is wonderful. I felt immediately comfortable at Back to Balance. Dr. Germain always takes the time to explain his recommended treatment plans for me and takes time to answer any questions I have. He is very in tune with overall health goals, and really does care about his patients' well-being. Not to mention he is the friendliest doctor I've ever encountered and so encouraging!

Unprofessional, I visited this chiropractor twice and both times he gave off this very uncomfortable vibe. It was as if he was more interested in getting me to go out with him instead of treating my problems. Why can't men just be normal instead of absolute creeps?

Dr Matt is so friendly and so knowledgable. Ive had neck problems for years and he's the only dr that's helped me. He goes above and beyond for his patients.
