Disappointing...no calls back when I call the staff, after leaving several messages. Called weeks ago told I would have a scheduled ct..been waiting, and still waiting for that appointment to be scheduled. Dont seem like this dr and staff are concerned with their patients care. Time to find a new Dr.

Wonderful office visit. Surgery was canceled 3 times. Had to text contact to find out the last time. I cancelled my surgery. Needs new contact personal.

Great care from Dr. Bak, he was thorough, reassuring, caring and explained things in a way we could understand. Complete professional!

Dr Bak is AWESOME! He has truely been blessed with much wisdom in getting rid of cancer. Everytime my husband leaves his office,he always feels encouraged and knowing he is getting best advice available. If you need a GREAT DR go see him:) My husband was diagnosed 2010 and he is still cancer free November 2018. God has given him a real gift, and he always shoots straight from hip:)
