I did two IVF cycles with Dr. Rausch in 2012 and it was the worst experience of my life. I ended up leaving her office all together to get treated elsewhere. I found out that she told a fellow colleague that there was no sense in treating me because my endometriosis was too damaging to my reproductive system but she continue to take my money and proceed to do (2) IVF cycles even though she knew it wasn’t gonna work. I felt unheard, unseen, unimportant. Every time she walked into the room she was always in a rush to get to her next patient. I never felt that I mattered to her. I was just another patient or another paycheck. I ended up going to another fertility dr at a different practice and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I now have three beautiful children all from that doctor. Dr. Rausch treated me so horrible and it left a profound scar on me emotionally and psychologically. She lied to me and continued to do IVF cycles on me even though she knew it would never work. She never tried to fix the actual problem which was my stage 4 endometriosis. You can’t have a successful IVF cycle unless you fix the issues first. She never tried to fix those issues. I’m so glad I listened to my gut and went to another doctor. The other doctor treated my endometriosis and now I have three beautiful children. I would not recommend Dr. Rausch. She was horrible to me. I've been with Dr. Rausch for a while unfortunately because they won't let me switch doctors. She is ALWAYS in a rush. She does not spend more than 1 whole minute explaining a very long process. Her nurses do not always understand her reasoning behind a protocol so they are unable to explain why the doctor chose a certain protocol or the reasoning behind any of her decisions so it's pointless to ask them detailed questions...and Dr. Rausch will never get on the phone to answer a question and she does not answer emails. It's like she is above talking to patients unless they are there in front of her and she is able to bill for it. Also, she delays the whole IVF process so she can schedule extra 2-4 visits in between which she can bill for. When I first had my appointment with her, I truly believed her and thought she was empathetic and cared about me as a patient. Then over time I realized she could care less and it is literally about billing the patient and their insurance.

I love dr Mary.. I was not getting pregnant for 6 years,I went to so many doctors .in March 2019 I went to dr Mary rousch she was so polite and listen to my all problems she gave me a hope that she will takecare of my all problems ..everything was so smooth..I had thyroid ,diabetes she put me on medications send me to endo doctor and she took so much blood ..once everything was in control she started my treatment ..just with the clomid and one injection I got pregnant in June 2019 after 6 years first time in my life ..I was so shocked when she said congratulations to me .now my thyroid and diabetes under control baby is healthy now I am seeing by a gyn doctor I finish my 2 months pregnancy with dr Mary..I am so happy and really thankful to dr Mary.i highly recommend this doctor .she is great I don’t have words .she is caring about her patient before you get pregnant she wants to make sure that u r fine so u won’t have miscarriage. Dr. Rausch speaks fast but she is a very knowledgeable doctor. When my husband and I finally decided we were ready for IVF we had another consultation with Dr. Rausch (we had one previously when we first looked in to the fertility treatments) and she explained the entire process to us so we have a better understanding of what we are about to go through.
