Dr. Mary Zoila Ponce

I had been seeing Dr Ponce for over a year in person & virtually. Dr Ponce was great at first but then I had issues where she would change my appointment dates & times without me knowing in advance. I would find out by text confirmations that were incorrect than what we agreed. This happened recently again & no show up on my last virtual appointment & has yet to contact me back to follow up with me on another appointment. A text at least would be sufficient. I know we all have stuff going on in our lives, but it’s already been over a week. I feel also that the root of my issues I’ve consulted with her about doesn’t really get resolved in depth. I’ve felt like there were times where I bore her & want to know more of what I can do to better myself, not just be given a generic answer or told “you know what to do”. It’s been over a week since I last heard from her. It feels i just got cut off with no explanation, nothing. I guess now i’ll have to find someone else as inconvenient as it is.
