The office staff are rude, not helpful at all. Lied about calling with results. This doctor cannot hear you when trying to speak to her. She did not help find what was wrong with my child. Going to VCU for a better experience and to actually find out what is wrong. 0 out 5

One of the nicest doctors we have ever met. Thorough in explanation, ease to schedule with, nice office staff, clean environment.

This practice is incredible ! Dr.Falterman is the best .. she has done great with our daughter .. Me and my husband are very pleased ... I would definitely recommend her to any one who needs an excellent pediatric cardiologist... !!!! The Best

Everything about this office is amazing! The staff was super friendly from the time I called to schedule the appointment to the time I left the office. They all made the process easy on both me and my son. Dr. Falterman was kind, professional, patient focused and kid friendly. I hope we never need to see her again, but would not hesitate to come back in a heartbeat! :). If I had one thing to say that was not 100% positive is that they send about 25 reminders about the appointment. I understand not wanting patients to no show, but this seems like a bit much. That being said, if over communication is the only complaint about a medical practice these days, then that’s not the most horrible thing in the world. I will refer anyone who needs a pediatric cardiologist to Dr. Falterman. She and her staff were incredible! Everything about this office is amazing!
