Dr. Mary Anne Salcetti

I would have liked to leave a ZERO. She abandoned me as a patient when I was ill with a virus and falsified her dental records and sent me the items I had prepaid for a post and crown instead of a refund. It was a waste of time to file a formal complaint against her with NYS as the protect their own. Dentists are not subject to the oversight that physicians are.

Dr. Salcetti and her team took a dentist phobic patient and handled me with kid gloves. They restored my faith in dentists and transformed what was an embarrassing smile into one I can be very proud of! I spent years and thousands of dollars on dental work that didn't address the root problems and just lead to more issues. I can't thank this team enough for giving me a reason to smile again!

If I could give zero stars I would. The first time her behavior was okay but the second time she was incredibly rude and did a horrible job fixing my tooth. After all that nightmare I am paying 700$ for terrible work and unprofessional behavior.

Dr. Salcetti is extremely focused and precise, while being both professional and personable. I appreciate the staff accommodating my business schedule when making my appointments.
