I am a fellow healthcare professional who was referring my niece to Dr. Jeffries. Two phone calls, two messages left, no response. Not even a response stating that he did not have the ability to help or that he was too busy.
I had a history of an almost fatal trauma at the age of 14 I was ejected out of my families vehicle at 60mph I never have ever experienced any pain till about 11/16 and it has persisted everyday. I was given meds but hated that was the only my thing for my pain so I asked my pcp at memorialcare to just see if the referral would go through to a chiropractor but of course insurance denies it. Well the receptionist at his office had the kindest heart to still call me and ask if I would still like to be seen, helped me with payment process, got me in and the chiropractor was very cautious and thorough with the exam but I do want to go back soon for their caring helpful office since the first and only time was about two years ago. He's the best chiropractor I've ever been to in my 40 year history of chiropractic care - and there HAVE been some good ones! Knowledgeable, pleasant, takes time with each patient, explains what is going on, and is 100% honest. He won't BS you if your issue can't be corrected with chiropractic care, and his goal is for you to heal and move on - not to have to see him for the rest of your life. Highly recommend.
