His staff is rude and he is rude. If his office doesn't benefit financially, you can forget getting any type of referral or help scheduling a service you need even if it's recommended by your general practitioner. It's impossible to get a person on the phone from his office a lot of times or to get a return phone call (if it isn't scheduling your initial appointment).

He was rude and his staff was rude. Didn't respond to requests or questions. It feels like you're just another fee walking in the door.
