I'm a person who hated dentist due to very bad teeth I made an appointment with Dr. Wilhelm he made me feel everything was going to fine and his staff are so caring and kind what more could you ask for!!

At first i Went to one of them in and out of the dental clinics that are advertised on tv. it was a nightmare. my dentures didn't fit,my bite was way off, couldn't eat without having dentures come loose. Then I went to DR. Wilhelm at first i was a little seceptic. but in the end I been so happy with my new dentures. no sticky paste or powders to hold my dentures in. now i am back to eating steak, corn on the cob,and everything i used to eat when i had my original teeth. Dr Wilhelm is a master of his craft.

I saw Dr. Wilhelm back in 2006 for an upper denture and extraction. Throughout the process, Dr. Wilhelm checked in with me through the extraction to ensure I was comfortable and not feeling any pain. He even called me later that evening to check in and see how I was doing. His team is professional, caring and knowledgeable. I have told a lot of people about my experience with him as I was so lucky to find such a great team. I can’t thank them enough. BTW, even to this day, my denture (no implants) has fit like a glove and is in great condition. I have not needed anything to hold it in place. They provide excellent dental care. I go for the general dentistry cleanings and exams. Laurie the Hygienist is easy to talk with and puts you at ease. Great education on any questions you might have about your teeth. Doc Wilhelm is very thorough. Even if you don't have prosthodontic issues, this team is well qualified to handle your dental needs. Dr. Wilhelm and his staff are Excellent! I cannot say enough good things about them. Dr. Wilhelm made me some great looking upper teeth after I had a bad experience with another dentist. I can finally smile again!

Expectations exceeded. I haven't had much luck in this field but I was treated very well here. The appointment was set up within a week! They took me in a little early. Dr. Wilhelms assistant was fabulous, she was not only nice but genuine! Budget was an important aspect of my service needs and I was given many options and found a reasonable solution. They went on to take the impressions for the next step without first making me schedule a new appointment . They showed me costs upfront and total cost, (no hidden side service, xray, taxes, etc.) I highly reccomend this establishment every step of the way. Expectations exceeded. I worked with Dr. Wilhelm 2015 to present. Dr. Wilhelm submitted initial pre-A in 2017 to include entire treatment plan but he was out of network so min. coverage. Nov. 2018, Health Partners expanded my benefit to include outofnetwork experts. This time, Dr. W submitted a pittance of the 2017 pre-A focused on bite issues and worn crowns. HP informed me he should resubmit based on need; I had to beg him to resubmit based on orig preA from 2017;he doc'd in record that I asked for strange things; recent consult/review affirmed need/he submitted pre-A and then referred me back to expert at HP. Pre-A was approved and Dr. W doesn't care? he can afford to lose $17k? really? his assistant was hostile during recent consult and Dr. W. did/said nothing to her. He had me pop out temp glued crown and then refused to reglue it! I am beyond baffled. 4 yrs/approx. +$1600 out of pocket $$ from me and he abandoned me and $17K. HP paid him to walk away? BC that is the only answer possible answer here.

From my my first call as a new patient with one of the receptionist, to meeting the dental hygienist, and finally the dentist; It was a abysmal experience, I felt like a stranger. I will never go back or recommend this place.

I can't say enough about my great experience with the entire staff. I had previous implants and dentures started by someone else and was very dissatisfied with the results so far. Dr. Mark and Steph were great to work with and so nice and patient with me! Dr. Mark immediately saw what the problems were before I even explained what I felt was wrong. Over the next several months, he worked with me to find the perfect placement and look. He even brought in an outside speech therapist for a consultation for me. I am completely satisfied and grateful for his time and expertise. My only regret is that I didn't go see him in the first place! I can't say enough about my great experience with the entire staff. Excellent! I have issues with actually being able to feel a drill and fill, no matter how much novacaine is used so I was just NOT looking forward to this visit, as I needed some in-depth work done and I knew it. I did the sedation option and it was THE most pleasant dentist visit I've ever had. No pain, no fear. His office staff are incredibly courteous and just make you feel at home. Just a class-act, five star experience all the way. It can be really hit or miss in finding the right provider and Dr Wilhelm is a match for sure. His office is bright and cheery, his staff are kind and down-to-earth and he is skilled and extremely knowledgeable. I have referred my husband to him as well. Amazing experience. I came to Imagine Your Smile just for one implant. The first time I walked through the door, I felt like they were all glad to see me! Dr. Wilhelm is a pro. Showed me the x rays, talked about procedures, time lines, and classic rock! I felt I was in good hands. Trish, at the front desk, worked with my insurance to share the cost. The first time I went to see Dr. Wilhelm was about 16 years ago - I was absolutely so impressed. He was so detailed, took the time to explain everything. Three years ago I started having issues with my teeth - my mouth was changing. I decided to try local. I could not handle it anymore, my mouth was so bothersome and I was telling my wife how I should have just gone to Dr. Wilhelm. So I did! My wife says I just shine when I smile. About 18 years ago I need implants, 4 to be exact, and mark was my regular dentist , whom I loved seeing, and he just happened to be an expert in implants. Watching my mother with her partials and in her aging process and bone loss ,always having to have them refitted , I thought the little I knew about implants , it sounded like the way to go for me, 18 years later my implants are still good and feel firmer than my natural teeth, I have recommended implant and dr. Wilhelm since I am a firm believer in them. I continue to have my teeth hygiene done at his office and love Laurie, an her such fabulous job on my teeth. The staff at Image Your Smile are fabulous people. They are kind , polite and professional . I had a terrible experiences with a dentist as a young kid and was always anxious about going because having a sore mouth for a week was the norm back then .These people do high quality work, explain the procedure and make you feel welcome from the time that you walk in the door . Dr. Wilhelm and his staff make going to the dentist a very pleasant time. The minute you walk into the office you are always greeted with a hello from Trish, the receptionist, to Laurie, the dental hygienist, who understands my personal needs with sensitive gums and takes extra time and effort to make sure I am comfortable, to Dr. Wilhelm who is reassuring during procedures that I am not in any pain, and has changed my life with taking care of my receding gum issues. I am very grateful.

Dr Wilhelm is an expert, caring and compassionate dentist. Typically I find going to the dentist not on the top of my favorite things to do. Dr Wilhelm's chair side manner is very welcoming and reassuring. He is top notch and a leader in his field, always striving to continue his professional education to better serve his patients. He is available for any questions after hours.His office staff is competent and very customer service oriented. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

My experience with Dr. Wilhelm and his team was OUTSTANDING! I was very skeptical about how a denture would work for me since so many Dentists painted a very bad picture for me until I met Dr. Wilhelm. He gave me the hope and courage I needed to proceed with his team. The initial appt to remove remaining teeth and install the temporary denture went flawlessly and I was very pleases with how natural they look. When I needed some adjustments made over the past week and a half his team saw me immediately and corected the issues I was having to ensure I was comfortable as quickly as possible. I'm looking forward to completing the process with him and his team and I would recommend him to anyone interested in improving thier smile. He is a very talented artist and, my Denture looks exactly like the teeth I used to have so that makes my smile look like it did before all this happened to have to replace it.
