I am visiting family in Yakima from CA. I broke the nose piece off my sunglasses so my mom brought me in because Dr. Ward is her optometrist. Eric replaces both nose pieces and tightened the arms on my regular glasses without charging me. They customer service is absolutely amazing! He was so friendly and helpful. I wandered the store while waiting and noticed they have a great selection of frames with very reasonable prices. I’m so thankful for their kindness and help being so far from home!!
