My son is Autistic and enjoyed the whole process. The Doctor/staff were very good at explaining things! Very happy!!

Dr. Snyder is an excellent doctor, when you can get in to him. My appts are almost always rescheduled because he is out of the office. Time to find a new doctor.

I had another very good appointment at Infinity--With Dr. Karina Snyder for the first time. She did a good job listening and also sharing observations & and treatment alternatives. She also explored options for recommending economical pharmaceuticals. I appreciate the awareness of high costs in the medical field and willingness to take time to ease the burden. On a different note, I observed that an unprofessional practice seems to crept back in with newer staff. The too-familiar "Let's go over here next, Honey" has re-appeared. Dr. Snyder and his staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when I had a semi-urgent eye problem. He spoke with me on the phone on a Sunday and let me come in for an appointment first thing Monday morning. The office was very clean and everyone was professional and caring. Highly recommended!

The eye exam uses state of the art technology that does not require me to have my eyes dilated. It also enables Dr. Snyder to use super tech visuals to show me exactly what is going on with my vision. I greatly appreciate both of those great uses of the technology. Also, the persons who measure and fit me for my eyeglasses have a great skill set. I have needed adjustments to my lenses/frames on more than one occasion, and they have come through for me every time. Honestly the best eye doctor I’ve ever had! Such a great guy, great personality, and really knows his stuff. After visiting several other doctors, he’s been the only one to really understand my issues and find me a solution. Can not recommend him enough!

Dr Mark has been my doctor for almost 10 years. At the hospital and at his amazing office, Infinity Eye Care. Dr Mark is always on time, never rushes his appointments and truly cares. I also appreciate that he does not just try to push treatments, but tries to do everything he can to be preventive. His ability to incorporate technology allows him to share his findings. Among all of my trusted physicians Dr Mark Snyder & his staff are great. Great experience every time!

I researched the telemedicine app before using it. Dr Snyder has an office in Indianapolis. Everything is HIPAA safe and the care was top notch. Professional, quality consultation.

I just moved to Indianapolis area and needed to find a new eye doctor. I have a long list of eye problems that need constant monitoring, so when I found Dr Snyder, I was thrilled. After a thorough triage over the phone, It was suggested that I schedule a Telehealth visit via their Eyecare live app. I got all my questions answered and my prescriptions filled. Now I'm looking forward to meeting the doctor and seeing the office in person. Thank you for all of your help!

Dr Snyder has been my eye doctor for many years. My entire family sees him. He always stays on top of the latest technology. And during this pandemic, he's offering virtual exams. Easy, efficient and safe! I was able to order my contacts and get my eye drop prescription renewed from the comfort of my home. Thank you!
