Unprofessional follow through. On first visit Dr. Singer was unprepared and had not reviewed my files sent by previous ENT physician. After insistence that I have another CT Scan of my sinuses, which was completed over a month ago, I have still received no follow up.

My only experience with Dr. Singer was a 60 second video call during which he told me I needed to get a hearing test before he could help me. My insurance was charged $550 for the privilege and I was charged my full co-pay. Not only was it frustrating to be charged so much for something that did not need a video visit at all, but it was also incredibly frustrating to simply schedule the first appointment (half a dozen phone calls) and later attempt to reverse the charges (another half a dozen phone calls, none of which have been successful). Between the frustrating administrative and billing departments and the lackluster medical experience, I cannot recommend Dr. Singer.
